I ordered a small coffee. My server asked if I wanted cream and sugar. I said “cream only.” They gave me whipped cream on top of my coffee, and served it in a medium sized cup. Not what I was looking forward to, and I did not like the sweet taste. My guest had sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, and the croissant was overcooked: burned around the edges. Hope the staff can grow into their summer jobs. It’s still early in the season so let’s hope.

I did not enjoy this location, it was filthy and run entirely by kids (I don’t care normally, I was a kid at a coffee shop once) but it was filthy in there, they were making TikTok’s and screaming. I didn’t enjoy the atmosphere at all.

I only give them one star because I can’t give them 0. This is the worst Dunkin Donuts around. You’re better off driving to Wakefield Narragansett or Westerly. Very slow and the order is almost never correct. Not only that, the cocky manager likes to correct you no matter what you order!! I went back today I purchased a large specialty coffee with no ice. So this is what you get and I will not ever be back. What a joke!! Not to mention the service was ruder than usual if that’s at all possible!! Very very poor management and to add to the nightmare, a giant pothole now in the parking lot!! Be careful with you value your tires!! No joke this is exactly what a large looks like without ice apparently.

Terrible service (just waited five minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged at the register inside) I’ve gone thru the drive thru and waited even longer before anyone speaks over the drive thru intercom. Foods often incorrect or poorly made coffee same thing. Avoid this Dunkin branch when possible! Atrocious many other Dunkin Donuts in the area are so much better.

Picked up an order for someone else this morning and was overcharged by a lot. Got to the drive through window, paid and waited for order. Worker throws my receipt out instead of handing it to me. The amount was significantly higher than it should be so I ask for them to reprint the receipt. The worker prints out a blank receipt with no items on it reading “$0.00” and hands it to me. By this point people behind me are getting impatient so I just go. I’m not getting reimbursed because I didn’t get a receipt. This Dunkin is horrible ever since they replaced the manager. All the good employees were either fired or left. Dan’s management or Dunkin Corporate need to make some staff changes ASAP.

So today I went to this Dunkin in Charlestown. I sat in line for the drive thru for over 30 min ordered my tea. I got to the window only to be told they’re out of tea. This place is needs a new manager new employees that move faster. It is run unsatisfactory (toooo slowwww.)
