Waited an hour and ten minutes for delivery. We live less than a mile away. (We are sick otherwise would pick up) Then we find a nice long gray HAIR in the first slice we pick up!! On top of it the 2023 website doesn’t allow for online ordering, and doesn’t even show the correct pricing!!! Not worth the money or the wait!

Awful!! ONLY positive experience was the delivery driver, bless him. The lady on the phone told me delivery would be 30 minutes, i receive my order 1 hour and 30 minutes later, AFTER i had to call them. I order a Broccoli Chicken Alfredo and theres NO ALFREDO! I hate complaining but as a pregnant woman thats just wanted alfredo pasta all day long that was such a disappointment. This place sucks. Big time. Again, only good experience was the nice delivery driver, only reason they got one star.

Filthy place look up it’s all old dust above the counter and cooking area and they have roaches too! One was right in the table where customers are expected to sit down. I walked right out! Nasty!

I have to say whoever was the driver/worker for tonight 8/25/22, amazing! I called to order because I loveeee the Greek salad they have, best around, but we do not have a metro in our town, that possibly they may deliver to us! Someone answered the phone I asked if they would deliver to us, they told me to hold.. (they probably didn’t know I could hear the conversation they were having) and I could over hear the driver/worker saying, I’ll go deliver to them no problem! Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! And when he did arrive he was such a nice guy! I don’t expect them to deliver out of town every time I call, I’ll gladly pick it up. But just the point this business went out of their way tonight ( and I bet they do that more times then not) just was so kind! So thank you metro! You guys are amazing!

I called to place an order about a month ago, the girl left me hanging on the phone. I called right back to confirm my order and she said yeah i got it. I get there, pay and mentioned how rude and unprofessional she was, and she replied with “Im tired. I said then go home, you dont belong working here or anywhere else. She giggled.Last week I ordered an onion pizza, I picked it up, opened the box at home, every sliver of onion was burnt and didn’t even look edible.

If you want to order food and be very annoyed, go ahead and order from here. Ordered two subs and it was delivered over an hour later and only got ONE SUB that wasn’t even correct………Don’t bother. The food is not even good and they clearly don’t know what is going on. I don’t even understand how places like this stay open. It’s really not that hard to pay attention and double check an order for literally two subs… so strange
