I am absolutely surprised with the treatment I received the other night. I had to take my order via drive thru after a late shift from work, on their headset I was talking to 3 different people in one order very dysfunctional on top of it all one of them started bashing me regarding me not donating, I feel it is very naive and ignorant for a fellow worker in todays society to judge me for saving my hard earned money for my rent. Very unprofessional and their management was not correcting or teaching their employees only feeding into their game. I should not come from work to be bashed for my spending and treated as a waste of time by employees and management. I hope they’ve donated their money every time they’ve been to a fast food industry to break a hypocritical system.

KFC foid seems to vary in its taste and quality. This evening the biscuits were not fully cooked, the Mac and cheese tasted like it was made two days ago, the Cole saw had almost no flavor and while the chicken was hot and juicy it didn’t taste like was fresh.

Worst customer service and experience ever. Asked just to have my order made fresh and the manager threw an attitude. Yea today in 2023. At a kfc FAST FOOD restraunt he asked me to wait 30 mins for a sandwich to belittle me and be disrespectful just because I asked for fresh food. Pathetic and disgusting. We ordered the 8 piece $20 fill up bucket. We asked for original recipe. What we received was a bucket mixed with extra crispy and original. Two of the pieces of chicken were so small they basically consisted of skin and bones. Together they wouldn’t be the equivalent of one piece. Our napkins were stuffed in our bag so poorly that we debated on whether or not they were used. It’s like they knew our entire order was going to be disappointing so they didn’t want to change course by giving us good napkins. Does that mean they should get 5 stars for consistency?

My first experience with the KFC chicken sandwich and they served me a breast that only covered half the bun, it was basically a chicken tender as well as cold stale fries. The staff was nice and friendly, they just obviously don’t care to serve tasty food or have return customers. I’ll go out of my way to get to a Popeyes next time.

All the meals we ordered were underwhelming. Ordered a wings meal, the chicken wings have almost zero meat. They look like already eaten wings that were battered and fried again. Pickles were forgotten on both of the chicken sandwiches.
