The atmosphere is great with lots of friendly people there. Gino’s isn’t the same as it used to be though. I understand the food prices have went up but there prices are outrageous and the people working there are not very friendly.

Placed order online. Went to pickup they said no order. Showed confirmation and they said ole ok. Then they bring the order out and it’s only half the order. So back through drive through to get rest of order. Get home wings were cold and not naked as ordered and the calzone was burnt. $43. Down the drain never again.

We ordered pizza here several times and the order is never correct. NEVER!!! A couple of times we have received someone else’s pizza. I’ve called back they say they will make it up but never do. I always pick up. This was the last time I’ll ever order here again. Ordered 16 inch pizza with well done crust, received a 14 inch pizza with a half raw pizza crust that was so doughy. I called back a complain about the order, the manager said they keyed in a 14 inch and never keyed in well done crust. The clerk that took my order read it back to me correctly. The manager didn’t seem upset that I would no longer be doing business there. I will support this small business but will do it at another location. Don’t waste your money they don’t listen.

The food was decent, but the restaurant was extremely dirty. The floors were not swept, there were dead bugs on all the window seals, and the bathrooms were nasty. One of the workers dropped all of our straws on the floor and then handed them to us to use. The only reasons I gave it two stars instead of one are the guy running the cash register was extremely nice and the food was decent.

We ordered 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza. They were delicious! It tasted and looked like fresh mozzarella on these pizzas. Perfect amount of sauce. Cooked to perfection. Usually when we go to any other Gino’s it’s like a frozen pizza, not this Gino’s. If all the Gino’s made pizza like this they’d all have a hit on their hands. I live about 35-40 I would travel there just eat that pizza. Plus the guy Caleb was so nice.
