Life’s Kitchen baked 150 chocolate chip cookies for our work event and we couldn’t have been happier. The cookies were big and delicious! This was my first experience with Life’s Kitchen and it absolutely will not be the last. The staff is so friendly and I love their mission. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience!

I have only eaten breakfast here and I find it to be a nice experience. We don’t go out to eat hardly at all, so finding this place has been great for my seven year old. It is nice and quiet, not very many people and not loud at all. You can have a friendly conversation and not have to compete without noise. Supporting the life kitchen mission is wonderful to help others get back on their feet. The food is pretty decent and well priced. It’s hard to find a place like this for breakfast, that is quiet, well priced, and supports a good cause.

Had a great breakfast with eggs done exactly how I like them, great bacon, coffee was great, and they even have orange marmalade which I love. Friendly quick service. Comfortable atmosphere.

Service is always friendly. The food is usually much better than you would expect from a training restaurant. The only problem with my Ruben sandwich was that the pastrami was all piled in the middle.

Life’s kitchen lunch was awesome–we had Reuben sandwich’s, fries, salad, soup, and coffee which all were very delicious. Our waitress was most attentive. But more than that I like their mission to help young people learn a trade and all of the responsibilities that ho along with working. Their catering menu is great and if I have a need to organize a luncheon or dinner, I will recommend Life”s Kitchen. God bless you for your ministry.

In some restaurants due to staff shortages, I am disappointed and try to overlook loss of quality. Life’s Kitchen is a place serving breakfast and lunch Mondays through Fridays. I had a simple but perfect breakfast prepared and served just the way I appreciate. Life’s Kitchen served my breakfast as I hoped. The eggs were cooked just right over easy, the bacon crispy and brown. The toast was brown and warm, simple, but Life’s Kitchen does it right. Thank you Life Kitchen. I am grateful to find such a place that has time and people who care about quality of a meal.

Great breakfast place. The price is probably the best in Treasure Valley.

What a BIG little gem this place is for Boise! We had lunch there with friends last week and oh my was it good! This place does so much for the community by helping young people get back on their feet by not only preparing them to get their GED but also training for future jobs in the food and beverage industry. The students cook meals for the local homeless shelter and they also offer a wonderful catering menu for your special events! I highly recommend this place to eat and support in any way possible. It is housed in the old Marie Callender Restaurant on Fairview!
