I ordered an XL pizza. Took it home and opened the box and the pizza looked like a normal size large pizza. I took out a tape measure and it was a 14″ pizza. I called Papa John’s and the lady that picked up the phone was rude and told me that she remembers making the pizza and she made a 16″ pizza. She said unless I bring it back I could be lying. So basically she accused me of lying. I said I am not going to drive 40 minutes there and back to correct this issue so please credit the $3. She then hung up on me. I called back and asked for her name and she said she did not have to provide that. I asked for the manager and she hung up on me a 2nd time. I will never buy from this Papa Johns or any other every again. I filed a complaint with corporate and I have not heard from them but will call them again. See pictures and tell me if this is a 16″ pizza.

Our office is 1 block west of I95 in Pompano. The store’s radius ends at I95. I called and the General Manager didn’t want to make an exception for 1 block on a $250 dollar order where I said I would tip the driver $20-50. Yes, he is able to make an exception. Take the order as carryout and have the driver deliver it if he is willing to forfeit his pocket change delivery reimbursement from the store in exchange for $20-50.

During my visit today, I was disappointed to find the restaurant in a EXTREMELY unsanitary condition. The interior was dirty and had roaches and bugs crawling around. Outside, there was a soiled diaper and various garbage scattered near the front entrance. I SERIOUSLY believe that a health inspector needs to investigate for the safety of the public. Today’s date is 6/25/23.

3x a month we order pizza online from this place. I always get notification that the pizza is ready, when I come to pick it up, it’s not ready, it takes 20 minutes or more. They do this for the store to earn points. They talk a lot among themselves. The other day they had to refund $6.50 to my credit card, and they never returned it.

Ordered April 16-12:58 pm. South Federal Hwy Pompano. Told 30 mins. Phoned at 2:00- got the “auto message “ that pizzas are being made and they will contact me when they are leaving. 2:25- pizzas showed up; cold. If they had delays; just say so, I get it. Won’t do it again. Sad thing is i was entertaining, my guests experienced this.

I ordered pizza for a corporate event. I paid ahead, placed the order hours before with the clear expectation that it would arrive at 6:00. No pizza ever arrived. Everytime I tried to call back I got their awful hold music with Papa John patronizing you by describing stuffed crust pizza. Once someone did get on the phone it was an out of country call center!!!! They just kept telling me there was no order associated with my phone number and that there was nothing they could do to help me. Finally they say they will call the store for me (because the store would not pick up for me) and they ended up hanging up! I still have no idea what happened to our order, I have to wait till Monday to see if the company card was charged. I was mortified because of the way Papa Johns mishandled this order. This was a request from one of the coordinators and I can confidently say that I will never order Papa Johns again FOR THE HOLD MUSIC ALONE. Who outsources for a pizza place?? Half of the experience is in speaking directly to the pizza employees. I was completely turned off by the call situation alone but to be so imbarassed by their lack of accountability for their orders was just the icing on the cake.
