My order is over an hour and a half late and when I called they said it will be delivered when it can. I said thats not really helpful. They replied I can’t legally tell you an exact time and I’m not pushing my drivers to go faster. I was like I never asked for any of that but this is rediculous and makes me not want to shop here anymore. Don’t bother ordering from this location they are extremely rude and don’t care about their customers. Still waiting on my pizza.

Placed and order for delivery. Only had a $50 bill. My total was $35 and I wanted to make sure they brought $15 in change. This is less than the $20 maximum stated when you checkout. I called the store to make sure they read my note about needing change. The lady that answered was very rude, cut me off before I could even explain the situation and lied to me and said that it states at checkout that you don’t accept big bills. This is not true. $15 in change is not unreasonable. Will not return. Don’t like dishonesty.

Service is good and efficient. Get their traditional pizzas and it’s good. Don’t order the thin crust option though- worst pizza ever, the recipe is off and tastes like weird plastic cardboard. And their wings are not worth it compared to quality elsewhere.

We order from this place pretty regularly because my son loves it. The pizza is fine for what it is and we’ve never had an issue ordering from this place. The other night the progress of our online order seemed a little slower than normal so I called to make sure everything was OK. I was assured it was. When we picked up the pizza, Samantha appeared to be there alone, answering phones and handling all of the orders by herself. Nevertheless, our tricky custom order was prepared to perfection, same as always, still within the estimated pick-up time window and handed over with a smile. Samantha and the rest of the team at this location definitely has their act together. Thanks!
