They were nice enough to make me a “super fancy bowl” today with all the veggies, tuna, and black beans — basically a cross between the ahi tuna salad and the gorge bowl. Wow what a tasty lunch to take down to the waterfront. Substantial amount of food with some great flavors. Thanks!

We were lucky to have Shane and his professional crew cater our wedding with their amazing food! We could not have been happier with the quality of the food, the deliciousness of it all, and the incredible service that 4&20 blackbirds provided. They catered for our wedding event for three days and were exceptional in every way. I have never had better food at any wedding, it is all locally procured and excellently prepared by Shane and his staff. We are very grateful to them for helping us to create a fabulous and memorable experience.

Shane personally delivered the food to a party that my brothers and I had for our parent’s 80th birthdays. He patiently listened to my mom’s food allergy concerns and was enthusiastic and charming. The food was absolutely incredible. We had two different main courses, one side dish and two salads and each was perfect. I would hire Shane and his team again in a heartbeat.

Shane and co. catered our small wedding at Lodge 902 and they were amazing! The food was SO good. I appreciate that they tried to make sure whatever ingredients they could were local. Our main course was short ribs with morels and all of our guests were raving about the meal days afterwards. Highly recommend Four and Twenty Blackbirds!

Four and Twenty Blackbirds was great to work with for our wedding! Shane and his team did a fantastic job putting together a menu that aligned with our goals for the day. The day of went without a hitch and Shane’s team was a big part of that. Only nitpick with Shane is that communication can be spotty at times. You will have to be a bit patient with Shane when coordinating in the months leading up to your event, but he will deliver.
