This is by far the worst Little Caesars in the country. I’ve lived all over the country and eaten Little Caesars for 30 years. These employees ignore the phone on purpose, ignore online orders, bide there time until then can close early and good luck getting a refund. The other reviews are correct that the employees act as if you are bothering them when you walk in. The owner should be ashamed and lose his franchise. I’ve never left a review in my life, but this place is so awful others need to know.

Wish I could do half a star honestly! Ordered online and was giving a time of 30 minutes for my pizza to be done. Went down to the store on time and ended up waiting another 30 minutes for my cheese pizza and bread sticks. The girl behind the counter seems to hate her job and only complains instead of actually helping. When I asked how much longer it would be she proceeds to go to the back and look around I guess, but then come back to the front to tell another customer about her order and then ignores me and goes to the drive threw window. After 3 cars of her telling people it’s 45 minutes cause of short staff I use my firm voice to get her attention and scared the girl lol. All in all I ended up waiting 1 hour and 15 minutes just to get a refund lol they need to just close this locating and use it for something else because this ain’t it!

I sat in line for 15 min before I finally saw they had closed the drive thru was closed. Tried calling and no one would answer. Finally went in and waited almost 10 min before anyone would come see what I needed. They were very busy and got behind. Got pizza and it was cold and pepperoni on one pizza very crispy, the other was an ultimate but had very little green peppers and no black olives. Very disappointed. Never had trouble before.

I really wish I would have read the recent reviews before driving all the way out to this Little Caesars. The service is absolutely horrible. I’ve been to several and this is the worst in the Chattanooga area.

I don’t review fast food/pizza places, but this Little Caesar’s location is the BEST chain pizza place I’ve ordered from. Domino’s NEVER follows special instructions like well done or do not cut. I like my pizza cooked, with brown tasty cheese. Thank to manager Rae and this Little Caesar’s location. 🙂

Been going to this little Caesars for several years and after today will not return. Always go there right around 930pm I work near by to get pizza in the way to work. Been doing this about once a week for the past few years. But for the past few months when you arrive and order they try to get you not to order by saying oh we dont have any pizzas ready it will be 30 minutes so I don’t mind waiting so I say that fine and you can just tell it makes them upset that you didn’t say oh never mind and leave. So tonight they went a step farther the lady says the same old thing I tell her that’s ok about the 30 minutes wait then she said well we will be closed by that time. I got there at the window at 932pm so what she should have said look I’m lazy and don’t want to cook a pizza so I will never go back to this location again.

Customer service sucked bad had to wait 20 minutes for one pizza and one order of Italian cheese bread and the front line cashiers drinking soda and eating in front of the register. I ordered a cheese pizza and a breads Italian breadsticks and wound up with a pepperoni.

I came in order to pepperoni pizza I was told it would be 8 minutes etc 35 minutes while other people pulled up to the drive-thru came in an order there pizza and left the whole time I’m sitting there I finally got up asking your lady at the cash register all my pieces ready yet I was told it would be 8 minutes and she asked another girl in the and the back do she remember my order an she said yes it’s right here now young lady said who just clocked in I’m sorry I would have been I’m sorry Here’s your Pizza half off 8 to 30min a big difference communication please that’s all I ask

Worst Little Caesar’s I have ever been to. Takes 30+ minutes to get simple orders despite them telling us 10-15min every time. People not wearing masks and THEIR PHONES DONT WORK WHENYOU CALL.
