I just paid $12.88 for a burger combo…my medium drink that comes in the combo was the size of what I would consider to be a small…(for like a kids meal). That’s ridiculous..to make it worse it was completely full of ice, so the amount of soda was next to nothing..I will be avoiding sonic..I will also be advertising my complaint..

Just as I pulled in to this Sonic location, the outside lights were switched off at 9:48 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13. I pulled up to the drive-thru anyway, knowing that the location was supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m. The female voice said, “I’m sorry, we’re closed.” I replied, “It’s 9:48, you’re supposed to be open until 10:00 p.m.” Her glib reply was, “Our clock says (reads) 10:00 p.m.” So either my smart phone’s Internet synchronized clock, as well as the Internet synchronized clock in my vehicle (both of which displayed exactly 9:48 p.m.) were both wrong, or someone at Sonic either (a) reset the Sonic clock twelve minutes fast, (b) didn’t know how to read a clock, or (c) just felt like closing early, to hell with posted hours and customers.

Very terrible customer service. The lady running the drive through told me she’ll be right with me then asked how I was after I responded she told me she was still not helping me. Then told me to go to a stall and they’d help me. 20 minutes in the drive through. 10 minutes in a stall with no answer. The burger joint up the road is probably your best bet for quick food on a lunch break.

My kids, mom and myself came to Pawnee today and had not eaten lunch yet so on our way out of town at 2:30 we stopped by Sonic and got food. The service was fast but there was a reason for that. We got one fry and two tater tots they all tasted like the Grease was old or there was something wrong with it and the fries tasted soggy, or like they were old. I had ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and when I bit into the sandwich the chicken was so hard and dried out , I am guessing it had been sitting under the warmer since lunch or close to it. I couldn’t believe they would even serve it or that I paid $8 for it. Super bummed!! I love Sonic go there a lot in Enid but this was a very bad experience. The drinks were good and the people were very friendly I will give them that!
