This is only the second time I have gone to this location. I usually like to go to Taco Bell, as it is usually good money for the price. However, this location’s information screen showed I was paying for a combo meal, large drink and the extra bean burrito I asked for. I asked about it, was told that was how it had to be shown for tax purposes. As I have shopped in almost every state in the U.S. I find this hard to believe, because no other Taco Bell does this. Also, I was not given a large drink, it seems, like the first time, they were out of cups, last time was mild sauces, this place can’t order to keep up with demands it appears. And rather than lower the cost, I was downgraded on the drink size. When I asked, I was told I could have 2 medium drinks instead? WHY!? How come no one mentioned it at the drive thru that they were out? Didn’t the first time either, waited until I paid for it to tell me, this time I caught it only because the size was definitely not right, seems they need better management there, or new owners.

We ordered through DoorDash and ALL of our food was disgusting!! We thought the delivery was way to fast which tells me all of it was premade… I called the store and the manager was cocky and said we had to come to the store to get a replacement and they never pre make there food.. I know for sure she is not telling the truth.. We used to love Taco Bell now not so much!!! You need better customer service. The manager blamed it on the driver! WOW!!!

The service here is despicable. I, along with several different vehicles waited over 25 minutes in line, 5 minutes at the speaker, and finally pulled up to the window. Like those other vehicles, nobody ever came to see us at the window and their approach was to just put on blinders and act like nobody was at the window. I didn’t get my food from my online order and ended up driving away like the others. No explanation, no apologies, no nothing. And folks wonder why these jobs are getting automated.

Our food was bagged and waiting at the window before we finished paying. There was nobody in line, but the food was old, stale and awful and it always is. You get what you get when you eat fast food, but it costs $50 to eat at Taco Bell these days. They should at least take 2 minutes to make it after you order it.

Terrible Service, Half the time they take forever to make and give me the order. Its not uncommon to sit in line for over 1/2 hour with a pile of cars. (Near On or After Lunch and Dinner). Today my kid really wanted Taco Bell even tho I dreaded going there and again they took half hour. And I said “Hello I am just trying to make it work.” And she said back “I dont know what to tell ya” Just rude service.

An odd mix of Taco Bell decor of the last 25 years or so, but nicely maintained. The employees are fast and courteous. They have a self-serve order kiosk which makes it easy to order and modify items, though you can do this in your mobile browser or in their app. Our food was perfect; looked great, served hot, and or modifications were there.

The one of the items I ordered was made wrong and when I tried to ask that it be fixed the shift leader argued with my family member that it was correct and gave them an attitude. So I went up and waited about 5 maybe 10 minutes for a refund. We also had a very long wait for our food which wasn’t all correct. (One of the workers was about to try and make it right and the shift on duty told her not to.) The shift leader also seemed to make the other workers uncomfortable to help others in the store. I have never been to a taco bell this bad and I will not go back.
