I love the way they season their food. The shrimp is delicious and so is the rice and the sausage. I’ve only ever ordered through doordash and I’ve always enjoyed everything from this restaurant. The crab cakes are bomb . Com . I highly recommend this place!!!! I’d post a picture of the shrimp but it’s in my stomach already lol

So our Uber driver picked up our food from this restaurant. After the food was confirmed through Uber eats that our order was picked up, we received a cancellation, after the driver left the restaurant with our food. I do understand that it could be the Uber driver, however if a customer calls your restaurant after 15 times, you would think to pick up the phone. An Uber representative also tried to reach out to their own client and their client refused to answer. I wish I could support my black community, it’s just unfortunate that there aren’t protocols set for mismanagement. There is a definite need for a better process to answering customer calls. I did reach out to the restaurant on a different cell phone and I was able to speak to the manager. We told him what happened and he said he is sorry he is busy and will call us back. $108 from canceled order and $115 later we received a meal from another seafood restaurant and we are okay. It’s sad to say this restaurant never reached back out with any answers.

I make sure I stop by this place every time I’m in town no matter the wait time. The food & customer service was 10/10 as always. I didn’t even take a picture of the food cause I was in a rush to eat it lol! But this is the ONLY place I recommend for your seafood needs. I’m already thinking about the next trip I take here

The food is worth the wait. For a soul version of seafood, this was good and I am a picky eater. The crab rice is a signature side and the fried shrimp was seasoned to perfection. I look forward to ordering again. I would recommend that the owner do the Taste of Winter Haven to broaden the clientele because more people need to know about Crab Craze.
