The first time we ordered pizza from this location, the text notifications that were supposed to let us know when our food was finished did not send to us, so we were not informed our pizza was ready until it had gotten cold. Without our asking, the management reached out to me the next day and offered us a gift certificate for a free pizza to make up for our negative experience (even though that negative experience was the fault of a technological glitch and they were not to blame). I am very impressed by the integrity, productivity, and stellar customer service demonstrated by the employees at this Domino’s location. The pizza we’ve ordered there has been delicious every time, as well.

Half of the time when I order this dominos it shows up an hour or more later. The other half the order is wrong. The customer service at this location is not good. If I get an ordered delivery and it’s wrong, I don’t want a credit, I want a refund. They only offer credits or “to deliver the correct item”. The correct item should have been delivered the first time. I don’t want to wait another hour to get food when it’s already late. Gonna just drop the corporate chain and go back to ordering local pizza.

I’d say 50% of the time they don’t give you your dipping sauces. I had enough and called and they said it would be 45 min. to get it out. REALLY?? I am 2 min down the road. I understand drivers are all on the road but they can’t swing by and drop it off on the next delivery? Manager only gave me 2 options, wait 45 min and eat my food cold or they would refund the dipping packets only? This is poor customer service. I would have driven up there myself but was watching kids who needed to get to bed soon. (hence the delivery)

I try to avoid this dominos because I always wake up with stomach pain and feeling sick after it. My boyfriend and I wanted pizza so decided to go. They shorted the amount of chicken that I ordered and paid for and the Philly steak on my pizza had little white parts that looked like either worms or mold. Didn’t really look like fat so idk what that was. I also hate that they are asking for tips now when you do carry out. Like why is that a thing now? Service is fairly friendly but not worth going back after last night.

We had a large, prepaid order placed online in advance for a party. An hour before the party was to start, we had a lot of cancellations. This store was extremely accommodating in getting our order reduced and making sure our prepaid charge was reversed. They relieved stress from a somewhat stressful situation.
