I grew up In the food industry. My family had taco trucks and a Restaurant. This food is by far the closest thing to the authentic Mexican food I’m accustomed to. The burritos/ tacos / tortas are always packed with food. You won’t find a skinny burrito at Adelitas..

Found Adelitas by accident… so glad we did. We had Chicken, asada and alpastor tacos, 6 for under 8$ absolutely AMAZING!!! 2 thumbs up and we will definitely be eating here again the next time we’re in Bakersfield.

Great burritos. The pastor and chorizo are very flavorful. The salsa is super spicy. One is enough for a burrito. Wish they had a breakfast burrito.
