I’ve only been here twice and both times was told they couldn’t fill my order. This time by Erica who was rude and dismissive. Another helpful employee took my order and it was filled. This is my last time coming here. Although your staff seems hardworking and friendly, Erica was a blight on your name. She told me she didn’t want to deal with me. I guess that is putting the customer first at KFC

It would have been faster to buy an egg, incubate it, raise the chick, slaughter it, bread it and fry it myself. I didn’t get the utensils, napkins or ketchup I requested (nor part of my order) mainly because the employees were far more interested in goofing off with each other than pay attention to the customers. I bought a big cole slaw which may have satisfied a baby chipmunk (if it had a large breakfast that day). All in all, a very unsatisfying experience, one I plan to never relive. You need a zero star option.

Terrible, I came 2.5hrs before closing 8pm and told they could not drop more crispy chicken. This was SECOND time I came to Cleveland Ave location. The everhard location had NO issue dropping more and they close at 9pm lol this is nuts !! I got to everhard location at 830pm I’ll Never go to Cleveland Ave location again, pure TRASH.

Ordered 2 bowl meals with fries, one spicy, they didn’t give me one of the fries, and instead of tossing the spicy chicken separately before putting it in the bowl they just dump a ton of sauce in the bowl, so now my bowl is swimming in more sauce than gravy. When I called I was told “sorry that’s just how they do it, if you bring your receipt I can get you those fries”

Just left there.. waited 7 minutes for biscuits but forgot my biscuits. Ordered a 3 pc received 2. No crispy chicken okay cool. This manager on duty? (in red shirt) was more worried about her cell phone and gossip then getting anything right. Feel bad for the girl at the drive through.. Maybe hire employees who can prep food and get the orders right?

I ordered $47 worth of food. The prep cook said it would be a 20min wait I said ok and said ill be back headed to dunkin donuts he said ok. I asked where do you want me to pull up when I get back, he said the handicap I was like ok (really). Came back and waited about 10min, went inside to get my food, the manager proceeded to tell me that if I wanted my order fixed I would have to return the food.. i said i never got my food, he said yes you did. I said mann listen ask your employees. They actually gave my food away and i had to wait another 10 min for them to remake my order. I said i would like a breast for the inconvenience. I got it, but never received an apology.

Worst experience in my life. It was a online order at Cleveland avenue KFC they wouldn’t let us customize online so we called 7 times to get ahold of them and it kept ringing off the hook we arived early and sat in line for 25 minutes it wasn’t even pick up time by the time we talked to them and they said our food was already made and had no time to redo it we explained that we had called 7 times and they still said they just didn’t have any time to remake it after that my wife was on the phone for 45 minutes with customer service to only get a 50% refund
