The restaurant looked nice and clean, the restaurant was pretty much empty when we arrived although we were there just after they opened, only one other couple was in there before we arrived which was awesome. We ordered the “Combination B” which was 4 different types of meats, it was a good amount for 2 people but it was expensive… around $95… the quality of the meat was good but not $95 worth. They did serve a good selection on banchan, which is Korean side dishes and salad, they also gave us a complementary egg dish. We also ordered an intestine soup, that was great, it was loaded with intestine, if you’re into that I recommend it. The reason why I can’t give this any more stars is because most of the bowls and spoons had food debris still on it… it’s like they didn’t take the time to insure they were properly cleaned… when I asked the server for a clean one she came back with what I hoped was a different clean spoon and stuck I in the soup before I could inspect it again… I would recommend this place if they improve their cleanliness.

If you’re looking for quality meat, then this is the place to go. For banchan, their kimchi was the best I’ve ever had. Meats weren’t frozen and dry aged. Can’t go wrong with any meat options. Super tender and melts in your mouth. The staff were nice as well. Really bang for your buck. Would come here again.

Delicious Korean bbq but at a hefty price. Not cheap, but you can definitely taste the difference in the premium cuts of meats they serve. The purple rice with the beans/grains looked so nice!

So good and my new favorite!!! First of all clean interior/bathroom, attentive and friendly wait staff who speak both English & Korean …. I think honestly that alone distinguishes the place from many others on the island (unfortunately). Then the food came out, so many different types of banchan all of which tasted homemade. The meat portion was more than enough (we ordered a course per person – come hungry). There were so much that I had to cook & take some home. The only thing i found a bit odd was that they brought out kimchi jige and naengmyun as we were still cooking our meat – usually those are finisher dishes served at the end of the course. Some timing there could be improved.

The meat was fresh, juicy, and tender, and the other side dishes were delicious. The interior was neat and clean, and the staff was very attentive, smiling, and friendly even though they were busy. I will definitely visit again if I travel to Hawaii again.

The food was good but the service was so bad we ordered a noodle for the soup but they gave us an old cooked noodle that was literally a rice cake. And they didn’t give us any scissors or any tongs for the soup before we requested. Especially the Korean old lady Idk her name but her attitude was terrible, I just asked for the check but she was staring and me and saying with a bad attitude.

What a wonderful addition to Honolulu – yet another Korean restaurant but the meat in this place is freshly cut, the side dishes are of very high quality and the staff is friendly. The interior is up to date and stylish and the booths with the glass/plastic dividers are a nice touch. We have been here a few times already and the quality is consistent. Definitely worth a visit.
