My cake had two different ribbon colors on the top. It looks like they ran out of one color and just used a second one. Why not start over? I literally ordered it 4 days in advance. That’s a lot of money for me and it looks terrible……do not recommend. Just stammering for an explanation AND the ready made ones don’t look like that……disappointed ☹️

Ordered chicken strip basket with onion rings, considering i had to wait the food wasn’t hot like it should’ve been. Onion rings were overcooked. Fries my wife got were cold. Not very happy.

Time and time again this dairy queen takes forever and is so skimpy on blizzard ingredients. I don’t know if it was new people recently but a blizzard has other ingredients besides ice cream. They definitely pay their people what they are worth at this dairy queen.

Great food, do not go here for lunch if you only get a 30 minute break. They are not very fast but the food is worth the wait if you don’t have anywhere to be. The people are very nice and very willing to correct and order if its wrong.

Recently, when my husband ordered a small cone, he given a very tiny one. Interestingly, tonight at a different Dairy Queen location, I saw a worker hand a child a kiddie cone that was the exact same size as my husband had been given at this Dairy Queen. This confirmed that workers at the Heisley DQ are cheap, and rip people off.
