Walked in at around 8pm. Saw two workers just talking while I approached the counter. (the one with red hair) they talked a little bit longer then slowly came and took the order. Service was fine. However, the cleanliness of the store was atrocious. Dirty, trash bins filled to the brim lettuce, other ingredients scattered around everywhere; kitchen area disgustingly apparent. Just nasty. Oh and they are out of covers. Just a 1 star, you serve food. As a health precaution to keep customers food safe CLEAN UP.

No matter what happens, this spot amuses me with every new employee. They keep telling them to give out rations as if you’re not buying the food from them. Last time I went there, the employee give me so little that it felt like he’s just coloring the bowl for me, he just puts a small amount of the spatula and throws it in there. You guys really need to do better, we’re not beggin for food in there, we’re paying for it.

It was close to 9 PM and they were quite busy. There was only one employee at the front. Everyone seemed to be ordering more than 1 item. There was a young lady in the back, (tattoo on neck), who saw how the line was forming. Took her a while to actually come to the front and help. The girl who was alone was doing a great job at keeping her composure even though she was busy. Although her help was needed, the employee with the tattoo neck had a terrible attitude. The way she was speaking to the other employee was very rude and unprofessional and at times, very bossy. The environment seemed toxic. I give kudos to the employee for being patient and not showing the same attitude. No employee should be treated that way.

Your management team needs to do a better job training the staff on how to keep items in stock, especially during lunch. The last 3 times I’ve been there, it’s been a 10 minute wait for several items. I was there today and it was a 10 minute wait for veggies and a 10 min wait for chicken. Won’t be coming back to this location. Staff isn’t friendly either.

Usually i have really great experiences but i ordered chipotle off the chipotle website and i ordered it no later than 930pm and they close at 10pm that night. i was tracking my order and the times kept getting pushed back and finally at 1030pm i got a notification that my order was canceled and i did not get a refund.

I never leave reviews, and ALWAYS sort out issues with the business directly–but this is unacceptable. There was lettuce in my bowl with MUD on it. At first I thought it was from a black bean, and I really regret trying it. Yes, that’s my finger with mud on it. I paid extra for cauliflower rice too and there’s barely any in here. I’m continually disappointed with this location and their skimpy portioning. This will be the last chance I give this location, Save yourself the hassle and drive to Melrose where they actually know what they’re doing. (**Yes, I was refunded**)

I really want to love and support this location, but it’s the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. For the amount of money you spend on food here, it’s terrible. I will typically always get a burrito bowl, but they’re soupy and gross every single time and nothing changes, so I’m done going here.

I love Chipotle. But it’s the worst experience I have ever had and the worst store I have ever gone to! They gave only a few protein, and refuced to give you more after request. And at 6pm on Monday, they ran out of cheese and lettuce and forgot to give me Fijita. I could also see a lot of people sitting next to the window for their mobile order. I won’t go to this store ever ever again! It ruined my whole evening! I would give a 0 star if there would be an option.
