❤️ this store for my lunch breaks. Pizza is my favorite. The cashier Allisa is also awesome, always has a smile, and makes sure I get my points rewards. Even when the store is packed with people. She makes me feel important. She is an asset to this Casey’s location. I look forward to getting my pizza for lunch and hope she is there with her smile and friendliness, which makes my day complete and brighter.

Pizza was like a flat bread. Very poor and very flat. Tasted old. Chicken wings were partly cold in the middle and burned. Will never order food here again. I got sick from the food. Also, when I got there they said they were busy with a order. When I walked away they were sharing and eatting cookies that came from the oven and talking.

2 separate incidents couple weeks apart, same person. Attempted to get fountain mountain dew (cause that’s the best) first time the syrup was gone, informed the worker and he didn’t seem to care much no interest in fixing, no order customers, ended up having to get a different pop. Today syrup completely gone, let the same kid know, “ok I’ll get it later. ” I was interrupting his day, while he grabbed snacks to purchase for himself. Zero customer service, no apology, most other places apologize and will fix right away, sometimes even give the pop for free due to the inconvenience. Even if there was no stock left, he didn’t go tag that it was out or anything. Frustrating

This store is the worst Casey’s I have been in. Manager ignores long lines when understaffed, the cashiers can’t stop talking to each other long enough to ring up customers, the coffee area is always filthy and out of stock. Also never any food prepared. Very poorly managed and/or supervised. I should clarify that this is the morning hours between about 6:30am and 9am when I have needed to stop there. It’s convenient for the area I work in but would be nice if they improved the service as I would like to keep stopping here.

I order 2 pizzas and Buffalo bone-in wings. The cheese pizza well you can’t go wrong with. The cheeseburger pizza I added 2 toppings to one half but it came on the whole thing, even though the receipt clearly says it. It also had NO sauce on the entire pizza and also missing 2 of the toppings it says it comes with. The wings … not bone-in. Boneless and I don’t do boneless, I won’t eat them and no one else in my house will either. My number is listed on the order. Not sure why someone couldn’t have called and said we don’t currently have those. So when I call up there and explain it all, I’m offered a free pizza and free wings. But be sure to call to make sure they have it in stock. Not sure about wanting to order from there again when the pizza didn’t come with what it was supposed to, to begin with and someone wouldn’t think it necessary to call the customer to say, Sorry we don’t have this, would you be okay with this instead or would you prefer to cancel that from your order. Not too pleased with paying for something no one in my house will eat and expect that I want to get free food from them in the future. Just not how I would have handled that and I worked in food service/customer service for many years.
