So the service at this location was HORRIBLE! Then finding a place to sit with kids was not a option unless it was outside. “Manager” did want any tables available aside from high bar style tables. Everything was closed or not available. Then the salsas were so watered down it was ridiculous. The server had the worst attitude like she HATED what she was doing. Then there’s a person in the back spraying cleaner on the walls with the cook top right underneath. Which I’m reality didn’t even matter since they weren’t even making anymore food at 6 pm when they are open till 10.

Total incompetence from the staff. Placed an order using their app. They did not put all the ingredients requested. Went back to the store 30 minutes before closing and had to knock on the door to get an employees attention. Asked for a refund only to be insulted by the manager! Get it together or close this location!

We ordered dinner for delivery from Chipotle last night. Usually, there isn’t an issue (even if the delivery portions aren’t quite what you get in store). However, this time, the order sat there and sat there while Doordash failed to obtain a driver for the delivery. After over an hour, I went ahead and drove to the store. When I got there, I was told that Doordash had JUST picked up our food for delivery.

I eat chipotle often but pasadena location! This kid was so rude making my burrito and purposely putting 6 pieces of meat on it and a pound of rice…. These people need some training because if you’re selling me a rice burrito with 6 pieces of meat for $17 I’ll take my business elsewhere. Doubt I’ll ever try this location again.

worst experience ive had trying to order food. they have a robot answer the phone if you call to try and order, if it does ring through to the restaurant no one answers. the website wont send me a confirmation email to tell if ive even orderd it or not after hitting submit, and they dont have an actual drive through.
