I came to the store to grab a quick meal but couldn’t receive that. I ordered my food and the prep that was making my bowl which was a pink haired lady and another with piercings on her face had an attitude towards me since the beginning. Even before I ordered she was distracted from the previous customers conversation in line with another customer. I greeted her which I received no response to. I proceeded to order and before she could let me finish she was already pushing to the next option. I asked for extra which I did not receive non of. I do not mind not having the product but I do mind the disrespect when asking for more rice. It’s not my fault she had a bad day and I understand but for me to simply ask for what I clearly am paying for and did not receive the full amount i atleast expect some respect than ignoring me and shaking her head. Very dirty, trash everywhere, floors were sticky and dirty, most product was unavailable, very unsanitary and unprofessional.The lady with piercings on her face and the pink hair women were the main problems. Never again but I should’ve seen the comments since I’m not the only one. Then again not my store to run.

The place was really dirty, the guac seems served with a teen spoon, the cashier was really rude, the table too receive you’re food is seriously so dirty it is ful of cream, cheese and just old dry toppings, the people it in trash because not even are the tables clean, Saturday 4:30 p.m Agust 19, my barbacoa just covered a third part of the rice, these people are for sure mad at there clients, I have never had this really bad experience at a chipotle. Thank you and sorry for my opinion but this really has too change.

I’ve been here a couple times because it’s close to my house but everytime I go they are always “out” of something. I went earlier this evening and as I’m in line they announced they were “out of chips” then as I continue to wait in line they announce they are “out of bowls FOR THE DAY” what does that even mean? How are you out of bowls for the day when I’m sure you have a stock of them in the back. Let alone you’ve still got an hour and a half before closing. I can understand good running out of food at that hour but bowls?! I’d love to know if there’s a chipotle policy around that. Anywho. There’s another chipotle that’s way better on all fronts so I’ll probably just frequent there instead. Visit this one at your own risk if youre going in the evening.

Upon entering the restaurant, l noticed that the tables were dirty and the trash cans were full of trash. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned up for a while. They ran out of lettuce, guacamole, and the chicken was a little bland.
