As tourists we didn’t realized during the online ordering that these are unbaked pizzas to finally bake at home. Unfortunately, we were staying at a hotel without an oven in the room… The service team was so nice and cute to us and phoned-up their manager if and how to refund our money – super-five-star service!!!! BTW: the (unbaked) pizza looked VERY yummy (probably would have been so much better than the Little Cesar’s Pizza we finally had as dinner).

I love getting my pizza from Papa Murphy’s. I get their gluten free options and appreciate that I can get something fresh. I can’t say that they are 100% safe for people with celiac (cross contamination) but I tell them about my need and they accommodate. I have never gotten sick. This particular location is conveniently located for people in Santa Clara UT. They were on time and accurate with my order. Well done!

Papa Murphy’s is our favorite because you get to eat it HOT out of the oven at home. They have a great variety of specialties and the prices are still pretty fair, even in spite of the recent increase. The tip nag screen at the register is annoying because there is no option for “other” if you don’t want to leave their high suggested amounts. I’m not even sure what they do to earn high tips since there’s no table service, but I like to leave a dollar as a basic thank you. If I don’t have cash but hit “no tip”, I feel bad. In any case, attempting to guilt your customers into a high tip is just wrong. Maybe the CEO should take less slush money and pay the actual people doing the work more fairly. Just saying.

Placed an order, went to pick it up at the requested time, two hours later, and they hadn’t even started on it. This was a dead Sunday afternoon. Was another guy trying to pick up another order they also hadn’t started on. ONE pizza on the racks. Three employees in there just messing around – dunno what they were doing, but it wasn’t their jobs. Good pizza though.

I’ve been ordering and picking up pizza from this location for years. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas to pick up in my way home. I ordered a Hawaiian on thin crust and a Chicken,bacon artichoke delight on thin crust which delight refers to. Getting home I realized that the chicken bacon artichoke delight had been prepared on thick crust. I called to make them aware of their mistake and the only response I received was that I should have asked for thin crust, which I did, and that the new employees just didn’t know? As a matter of fact the person offered no apology and was quite abrupt. I hope that management reads my concern and addresses how employees might better handle a similar situation in the future. I will continue to do business at this location but will be more vigilant next time.

These guys have really struggled lately. The last few pizzas have been really sloppy, sauce all the way to the edge of the crust with a few globs. They have also been unable to make the pizza with the requested toppings. My last 2 online orders I paid for extra Canadian bacon and barely received the normal amount. The customer service has also been really lacking. The staff hasn’t been interested in helping when I’ve pointed out something wrong or asked for help. Unfortunate down turn for this location.
