The best pizza is the stuffed crust. However, it’s been like three times we ordered well done. Pizza was not well-done and had soggy, greasy bottom. Had to get it in the oven at home but was still not okay.

If I could rate you guys ZERO stars I would everytime I call you guys put me on hold rite away and I’ve been on hold for 10 mins every time you guys put me on hold I keep track of it this is why I don’t wanna give you guys any business.. the customer service is trash. They left me on hold one time and i drove up there and was still on hold while walking through the door to find employees sloched over the counter watching movies and basketball games on their phone.. their general manager needs to get better staff in here

Called in an order, everything seemed fine. Delivery driver showed up missing a pizza and didn’t speak English so I couldn’t communicate with them about it, they just shrugged and drove off. I called the store and waited on hold for 20 minutes before getting disconnected, called back, and got placed on hold again. I tried the online chat function and was told I should email the corporate support line where I could expect a reply in 48 hours. I guess the system is resigned to just giving out refunds when there are personnel failures and receiving the pizza is out of the question. There’s plenty of other options for the type of C-tier pizza Papa John’s puts out anyway, I don’t know why I bothered in the first place.

Must be a new crew there after the pandemic. During pandemic we spent a lot of money here and service was and pizzas were exceptional. Now they have a manager that doesnt seem to care. Too many pizzas with wrong toppings, and used a free pizza promo last night and ordered online and instead of the 29 to 39 minutes it told me, got the delivery in an hour and a half. But didnt get my free 2nd pizza. Just one. Had 2 friends over. Only ordered because of the promo. Ordered online and was navigated through the app for TWO pizzas, but got only one. Manage played dumb when I called about it. Will NEVER order from them again. Maciano’s and Chicago Pizza Authority are much better anyway.

I ordered delivery twice from this location to my work which is exactly right across the street, and BOTH times I was rudely scolded by my delivery driver because I had ordered 15-20 minutes before they stopped delivering. The delivery person seemed nice at first but then proceeded to complain about how because I ordered “so late” he wasn’t able to go home early. I understand how last minute orders can be annoying however I don’t think it’s very professional or ethical to make people feel bad over minor inconveniences.
