We stopped for lunch on our way out of town. Drive thru-messed up order. Not a huge deal- my kid wanted chicken strips instead of nuggets. BUT we got a mile or so down the road, and my other kid opened their fruit cup and the strawberries were rotten.

Ohio would never! The presentation of my breakfast burrito and the tortilla was hard and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The parking lot is so small and not easy to maneuver through. This is definitely a location we won’t be returning to when in the area.

Today was my first time taking my three kids (all under 3-including a newborn) out by myself and I decided to take them to this Chick Fil A and let me tell you, Debbie in the lobby was phenomenal. All the employees were but Debbie went above and beyond. As soon as I sat down at the booth, she helped get me whatever I needed, told me not to worry about any mess they might make, gave me some nice words of encouragement and even helped me and my three little ones to my car after seeing my hands were full. She gave this mom a little confidence boost getting out of the house with three small children and made it such a pleasant experience! Thank you so much Debbie!

The service here is great! We stopped in while we were traveling and we received our food fast. The food was delicious and the employees were friendly. My only complaint is not all of their menu items are on the app. And there parking lot is not big enough(but that seems to be a rule with all Chick-fil-A’s)

Where do I start? This “burrito” the shell is tearing. Won’t stay together but that’s not the worst part. There is no cheese on this as you can see in the photo. Looks like a couple of shreds of cheese and nothing else. The hasbrowns taste like they were fried in yesterday’s grease. Absolutely disgusting. I want my $9 back! This is going in the trash!

Not many healthy options for fast drive through in town but their grilled chicken bites and fruit cups here are delicious. Fast service with two lines and employees that walk alongside your car to help take your order face to face no speaker box and no miscommunication. Using the Chick-fil-A app makes ordering even easier and rewarding. This is a regular spot for me and my family in the area.

The food was delicious and hot like 98 percent of other CFA. The employees/ team members at CFA are some of the best in the business when it comes to customer service. They young lady who call out my name for my order put some southern manners on the best customer service and put Mr. in front of my name.

This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. I thought if I could find somewhere in Myrtle Beach that actually had a little bit of customer service. It would be great. I thought Chick-fil-A was the best way to go. I have never seen so many immature people. There must’ve been like eight people in the window all young people. They were too old people outside of the window. They were all calling each other, names and fighting. They were talking all kinds of drama. I ordered a southwest veggie wrap with no cheese. All I got was lettuce and tomatoes on a piece of tortilla. They kept trying to lecture me on how I need to order differently next time. I told them over and over that I asked specifically for no cheese, and I wanted everything else. They told me I need to start saying southwestern. I told him that I did, and the girl even read everything off and repeat it back to me. They kept trying to make it my fault. I told him I did not want the extra corn that they kept trying to give me and they threw it in the bag and shoved it in my car. I was having a really hard day and I was gonna have a cheat day and I ate my fries without my rap. It might sound silly, but it was just a terrible experience. I wouldn’t even eat out in Myrtle Beach if I were you. Customer service is terrible.

Worst service received at a Chick-fil-A. One car in line and they still couldn’t keep track of my vehicle without rubbing the paint on my car by placing a sign on it. Associates see more interested in talking to themselves about what they’re doing later tonight then working. Then so busy and grossed in their conversation that they fail to remove the sign that they’ve stuck on my car. Rather unfortunate from a company that prides themselves on customer service.
