The Chicora Pa Location— We ordered a Full sized Steak n Italian Subs recently, Late January 2023. Delivered n paid almost $30.00 PLUS $5 tip. After opening our food we noticed how little was in between the buns. We opened up my steak first n there was so little amount of steak you could see mostly bread n little clumps of steak. My wife’s Italian sub upon opening had 2 types of lunch meat. Both were folded in half to look thicker. Barely any cheese but lots of lettuce n tomatoes. Like 80%. We proceeded to call n tell the woman working we wanted our money back on our credit card. She gave us the “I have to call my manager “ STORY. My wife drove 8 miles to return the bad food within an hour of delivery. She said her manager was in a meeting at 7 pm n wouldn’t call her. She said the food looked good to her n refused to give us a refund. Instead saying we could have store credit. We had to order from Pizza Joes another $25 n got a great meal. Our point was we didn’t want a credit because we’ll NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. I called corporate n am waiting a call back. $30 bucks isn’t the point. It’s the fact that the customer is always right. PERIOD. We spend a few hundred there a year n that’s how they treated us??? I’m NOT LETTING THIS GO. N YOU COULDNT PAY ME TO EVER EAT THERE AGAIN!! Pizza Joes is much better go there.

The phone etiquette is non existent. Don’t ask a question unless you expect a rude answer. Not clear on deals at all. The owner assumes everyone knows her ever changing “policy”. This is not a one time thing either, I have experienced unusually rude employees for seemingly no reason. The demand for tips should not dictate whether a delivery happens or not. What happened to serving the community? My only regret is giving this particular “fox’s pizza” one star as they do not deserve even that.

Every experience I’ve had with this place was garbage. Food was always correct, and what I ordered. BUT on top of copying my card wrong, and telling me it was declined, delivering my food to the incorrect house, and wait times being outrageous. Another times I placed my order for delivery at 6pm. The wait time was an hour and 15 minutes. I called back like 15 minutes later and told them I would just come pick it up. They said “okay it’ll be ready in about 20 minutes.” When I got there 25 minutes later, she said your food is just about ready. Another half hour later I finally got my food. I will never do business with this store again. Just got a little farther down the road to pizza joes.

Ordered 4 subs and a pizza tonight it was 35 minutes past there latest time before I finally call to see where my food is to be told the delivery guy was given the wrong number, then they tried to send the same cold saugy food back out so I asked if they could make it fresh just to get attitude was told it would be remade and sent out instead the sent out what was now well over an hour old disgusting food rite back to us and now refuse to let me speak to a manager

Placed an order for delivery for 2 pizzas and 2 orders of wings and was told it would take 1 1/2 hours. After waiting patiently almost 3 hours I called and was told that the delivery driver was just slow… we hung up and waited another half hour and still no pizza. My fiance then called and was told that the pizza didn’t even leave the shop yet… this wasn’t the first time that we’ve had an issue with this pizza shop. Never again! ( chicora location only )
