I ate at this location for breakfast this morning and had a wonderful experience. There were only two women working and they were extremely busy, yet they were both very pleasant and attentive to me and the other customers. I was so impressed with their unfortunately uncommon work ethic that I asked if there was a number I could call and let someone know how great of a job they both were doing. I was told my kindness was all they needed. Way to go ladies! I’m not sure who your franchise owner is but if he/she is reading this give your morning crew on 6/8/23 a raise or at the very least a pat on the back! They ran your restaurant by themselves and did it with a smile on their faces. This is certainly not a typical review of fast-food service these days so know a good thing when you have it and do your best to retain these ladies.

I spent thirty minutes waiting on my order and just got my money back. They had skipped my order entirely. When I talked to the manager on duty she took her employee’s side and never offered an apology. Customer service there is dead. Owner needs to know this. And yes, I got LOUD about my displeasure. Never going there again and suggest you don’t either.

Management problems! Drive-thru was fast until you paid. . . Then you had to pull forward or to the right in a parking spot and wait on someone to run your food out. I waited a few minutes and food was brought to my truck. I eat my food in the parking lot and watched EVERY vehicle was told to pull forward or to the side, it only took a few minutes for the food. Not sure WHY people were not allowed to wait at the window. BAD MANAGEMENT!!!

I’ve stopped by this location multiple times after I got off from work and sometimes right before close and sometimes not but no matter the time they always cook me some hot fresh fries. I think the manager’s name is Emily and she is always professional and friendly. And yes she’s adorable but I swear I order my food, smile and leave and I promise her cuteness isn’t the reason for 5 Stars…..it might of added a star to it but that’s all. Needless to say I am always going through the drive thru at non peak times and there hasn’t been any issues with service or parking lot cleanliness. Seems like a solid store with a solid crew.

Staff was friendly. Restrooms and dinning room were both clean. Unfortunately our order was slightly wrong but nothing major.
