Hot and fresh. We ordered the family meal. Great price. Service was sweet. Ate with real forks for only about $5 a person. The place was clean, and the atmosphere was fabulous.

The staff here was very kind. We had a large group, and they accommodated us and made sure we had everything we needed. I was quite pleased with the service and the food was good too. See photo. We had a coupon for a bake. It’s always worth having a coupon each time we go to Fazolis.

Spaghetti bake was great. Bread sticks okay. Lots of great service, they were very patient with my grandkids. My grandson didn’t like the pizza. He has high standards at 6. Lol My granddaughter loved the spaghetti with meat sauce.

I have been remiss in not posting a Faxoli review. Now I have to hurry before my husband eats everything. We redeemed a BOGO lasagna today. My husband thought he’d need extra sauce before he cut into his. The meaty sauce was squeezed out and he was very happy. The breadsticks were hot & buttery, not soggy. Brooke was very attentive and loves visiting with guests when she’s not busy. We always have their salad, which is fresh & colorful. Oh, mustn’t forget that they play Christian music! Ordered $40 of food. It was horrible. Threw it in the trash. Called and spoke with restaurant staff and explained how horrible the food was and she suggested we bring it back to be have added sauce. Breadsticks soggy and greasy, spaghetti dry with no meat sauce and lasagna hard and crunchy. I gave 1star because you had to in order to write a review.
