We just tried the pinwheels and pasta salad tonight and oh my goodness! They were excellent!! The whole family was a fan of them both. The pasta salad gave us a taste of summer and the pinwheels was a nice change from your average slice of pizza! A win for dinner tonight! ♥️ i definitely recommend trying them out. And not to mention, the staff at Palermo are ALWAYS welcoming and sweet with smiles on their faces! ♥️

The owner went above and beyond for an allergy we had on our order. Not only did they call, they made sure to explain the different allergens made a difference and that was so refreshing to have that stellar of service.

This Ghetto place with horrible customer service. The owner has the worst customer service I have ever came across. I had a delivery order and she had the nerve to tell me I had to go to the main building to pick up my pizza and give them a tip. Then she got mad became she didn’t like my tone of voice smh, the crazy part is we have elevators in the building that I live in. Lazy!!! That’s what these people are & I truly believe racist. She heard my tone and automatically got defensive because I am black. Never spoke with this lady before but it’s 2023 profiling customer’s is a normal thing. These businesses really abuse there power. I would rather eat at Papa Johns.

I quit going there for about two years because the service and the pizza had really gone down. I thought I would give them another try. When I picked up my deluxe pizza, I opened it up and there was very very few toppings on it. I mentioned it to the staff they looked at it and said oh well that’s that’s the way we make them. I told her that I had been coming there for 40 years and this is not the way they were normally made. So I gave them a second chance and they blew it. This is definitely the last time you’ll ever see me in that place I never even got an apology. when you’re paying in excess of $20 for a 14 inch pizza plus a service fee for using a debit card you would think they would be giving you more for your money.Their prices continue to go up and their quality continues to go way down.

Palermo’s is my go-to for pizza, always great and has multiple locations throughout Grand rapids this is my first time at this location and as always the pizza does not disappoint the dough is always nice and soft with just a little crunch to the crust the lady that made my pizza and worked the counter was very pleasant and friendly. Definitely would recommend trying this location if you haven’t already.

Amazing pizza everytime! Everything is always fresh and high quality! The pizza was loaded with lots of pepperoni and very delicious cheese and sauce! They also have a HUGE 24 inch pizza if you’re having a large get together! The cheese bread was nice and airy with lots of gooey cheese and parmesan added on. The bread bites were nice and soft and had lots of tasty buttery goodness to them! The subs are also always a winner! Much better than the chain places!

Ordered ahead for my place of work. 8 pizzas and 3 bread bites. Delivery was on time, as when the driver was lost he called (2x’s). Polite and prompt and the food was a hit for the entire staff. Will be back!
