Didn’t want to cook & haven’t had pizza from Papa Johns in a while…Had it delivered. For a Friday night, it was quick. It’s what I expected in regards to flavor & consistency with our normal go to pizza choices & cheese sticks…Tried something different – Jalapeño popper…I was slightly disappointed since it just seemed like jalapeños wrapped in dough & then baked…was hoping for cream cheese filling.. .Overall it fed my family & I didn’t have to cook so it’s a win win & I would definitely order from them again…

Friendly front counter staff, but the actual problem and cause for the 2 star rating is the pizza was awful. 2 stars is generous, it was borderline undercooked, lacked flavor and toppings were sparse and haphazardly placed. Although this location is convenient, I’d rather a frozen pizza next time instead.

Oof. I’ve tried calling this location probably 10 times this week, looking to speak to a manager about a large order… Apparently you can do this by calling the store, and then pressing 5. Our business is hosting a community engagement night and we need 100+ pizzas, so calling the store the day of is not an option, and it would just not be a kind thing to do or expect.

Papa would be proud. John would be crying with pride. This pizza may be the best in Vancouver and it’s not even close. The cheese used rivals the best cheese that Tillamook could come up with. The crust of the pizza makes Italians jealous of what we have. Oh, and did I mention the sauce? I can hear the farmers of the Midwest applauding as papa took their fruits and squeezed it into this one of a kind creation. I WILL BE GOING BACK!

Honestly, it’s hit & miss. I was there six days ago and ordered carry out and they still managed to get my order completely wrong. Very concerning considering I was there in person. Other times, they can’t find my address (which is literally rock throwing distance), and they’re super possessive of their garlic butter when ordering a thin crust pizza. I’d say go the online route and there’s a 65% +/- chance you’ll get what you ordered.

Love there food! But the manager was a complete a-hole I had an order that was messed up and he said he couldn’t find an account and I was explaining to him that I didn’t understand why I wouldn’t have a account there and I thought we got disconnected but he actually hung up and when I called back he told me he had better things to do and hung up on me again so rude for no reason

Love these guys here they work so hard with being short staffed and never get raises, a guy has been there for over 12 years and not one raise… not cool for whoever owns this place and with them being short staffed they still make amazing pizzas and food so give these guys a raise!!! they deserve it!!! … and always on point and they do the job of 3 or 4 people right now so tip them well and be patient, they really are amazing.
