I have had previous issues with this location, probably a year ago or so now, but the past four or five times I’ve visited I’ve had no complaints! Today my fries were hot, burgers were great, everything seems fresh. The service was great and the wait time was short. Very happy!

Normally good, but it’s hit or miss for the orders, I’ve gotten good service some days but others I’m getting a weak sweet tea, or the latest, ordered a cheese burger with pickles only extra pickle…..and there must have been some sort of miscommunication because my cheeseburger was without cheese.. luckily I had some cheese at home but didn’t hit the same way.

The only reason I go to this one is because it’s unfortunately the only one close to my home. However, at this point, I might make the drive to a different location. I get charged for extra things (cup of sauce, pickles, etc), and then do not get the product, and when talking to them on the phone, they sound inconvenienced by having to do their job. They make you wait for fresh food, but by the time I get home with the food, the burgers are hot, but the fries are ice cold. I only live about three-four minutes away. They mess up orders quiet often, too, and the wait time for someone to take your order is horrid. There is no reason someone should wait for almost 10 minutes when there are three people in line. This location is so disappointing and more expensive than the other locations. I would not recommend this location until it’s under new management or something.

As a doordash that has to pick up here. I know things have changed since I managed a McD but just observing if there was more communication you could get orders out faster. Instead of waiting call out the size and amount of fries you need. Call out what kind of drink to the person on Drive. Have it staged for you so when the food hits the hot plate at the end everything is ready and all you have to do is bag it. I was working at McD when the combo menu was 22 items deep so I know it’s been a while but if you worked together as a team and staged the fries and drinks ahead of time it would cut down on the wait time and you would have happier customers.

Absolutely disgusting. I’ve never been inside such a dirty McDonald’s. It was slow at peak lunchtime, so I should’ve taken a hint. The tables were dirty. The play area was hot and had a funky smell. The bathroom in the play area looked like it wasn’t cleaned in days. We will not be back.

I worked here, and they put me through loads of abuse. The crew members don’t wear gloves, they don’t sanitize, they will let you work with covid, and they don’t follow protocol. They will use ketchup from kwik trip and sentry. Their BBQ sauce is from the grocery store. I was once sent on a mission to steal napkins from kwik trip because they ran out. This is a disgusting place to go to.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would they don’t use gloves in the kitchen. I asked for my food to be remade by someone that didn’t work window and run in the kitchen and work without washing hands and not wearing gloves. Then when I asked for that they said I would be banned for that request. Don’t eat where they don’t use gloves or follow proper standard procedures for the health department requirements.
