After being told on the phone that I could do an online order to pick up, I wasted nearly an hour trying to order. I finally called the company due to I couldn’t get my order through. And I learned that online orders were closed. Very arrogant of this company to not make it clear that they had to close down the online orders so that people would not waste their time. Instead the site said things like, invalid data entry, etc.. Many of us work very hard and our free time is valuable to us, and it is careless of companies to act irresponsibly. You do not mind getting our money online, and you should show the same respect to us when your order line is closed down. Just another example of how online and computers serves the company but people are expendable when money is not involved.

My family used to have honey baked ham every year for Thanksgiving and Christmas every year. Got my honey baked ham for Thanksgiving and sad to say I was very disappointed. The ham was very dry and hardly any glaze on it. It’s disappointing how the quality went down but the price went up. Said to say there will be no honey baked ham on my table for Christmas.

It’s only open for a few days during holidays. I asked up front to take my number so I could get credit for my purchase and receive future coupons. They looked at me like I was from outer space. They did not enter my phone number. I asked after and they told me to go to the website and enter my receipt number. This would NOT have given me credit. Voided the sale and had to re-ring FOUR times but they did get it right for me. Also, Honeybaked puts out coupons. Last year they gave the dollars off coupon to everyone whether they had a coupon or not. This year they did not. At least not to me and I spent over one hundred dollars. Not hard to do tho. Food was delicious.

First time she said she couldn’t show me the ham before I bought it. When I got home the ham was burnt on the top. Not how it should be. Tasted it and was more salty than I ever had from Honey Baked!!! Disappointed.
