After waiting 10+ minutes in the drive thru (3 cars in line total), I was not given the correct order so I went inside and waited several more minutes to be acknowledged (zero people in line or in the dining room). I told them my order from the drive thru was wrong and they tried to get me to pay for the replacement item that I had ordered originally. Also, the serving line was gross.

Was only visiting for the Nascar race. Worst experience, and I normally have no problems at Bo’s. Waited 10 mins before the order was taken and more than 10 more mins to get food. Staff was extremely rude. I manage fast food, so I understand staffing issues, but they seemed to have people. Also, being short is never a reason to be rude to your customers. Almost forgot, they were out of everything. Biscuits were going to be a 10 min wait. They had no coleslaw. I am almost surprised they had chicken. Add that to service time and rude, and it was a horrible experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. Food was AWFUL, the five fries I did receive were dried up. The chicken seemed to be from the night before, and when I brought the food back the manager had the audacity to look at me like I was crazy for requesting fresh food or a refund. Will not be returning to this location again, terrible service and terrible food.

The staff is unprofessional and rude! While waiting on an order to be picked up I had to wait over 25 minutes for my food and the food was already made just sitting there to be bagged up while the staff was in the cooks line making up yet more biscuits for the line. There were over 7 orders just sitting there. This place needs a MANAGER so bad. If they have one Well they need a New one.

Arrived at 9:20pm I understand they close at 10:00pm but I’ve been here plenty of times after I get off from work and someone has always taken my order or the same thing has happened. The reason why I come to this location because it is in the way home. Anywho I sat in the drive thru til 9:28pm then called this location at 9:29pm. A young girl picked up the phone and I asked are they still taking drive thru orders since I have been sitting in the drive thru. I guess she didn’t like what I said because she rudely said NO and got silent while banging pans in the background, when I drove around to get their hours. There was bags of food (I guess so they can take it home) and a employee just standing in the kitchen area just talking away not doing anything. Nights like these I’m really surprised this location is still in business, the morning crew are great but night crew need some help.
