We placed an order online. I ordered 5 pizzas and 4 sticks. I had gotten a text that our pizza was ready, I went in there, and Rose at the front had told me just because the app said it’s ready doesn’t mean it’s ready. She didn’t want to even look for it. Then, when she finally did, she didn’t give me all my pizzas. I was already annoyed and when I went to put my pizzas in the car I noticed one was missing. I went back in, and she argued with me that I only ordered 4. I pulled up my order, and she told me no, she needed the receipt from the pizza. Fine, so I went and grabbed it. She looked at it and said no, there are only 4 pizzas . She argued with me like I didn’t know what I ordered. Finally, after a good 5 minutes, she read the receipt right even after I went line by line with her. She tried to give me a reg pepperoni pizza when I ordered a bestest. Then she said she didn’t have the bestest ready. I had had enough and finally got someone else who, unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, and she was helpful, and she got it through roses head what I ordered and got my my correct pizza. I generally have decent service here, order on the app and go in, grab what I ordered, and leave with zero issues.

I get it’s just a small pizza place but there is like 0 effort put into making the pizzas. The picture is of what is supposed to be a bestest sausage pizza if that’s what they call a bestest I’d imagine a regular sausage pizza is just a cheese pizza, again yeah it’s a cheap pizza place but if you are going to charge for the extra toppings you should actually put said extra toppings on.

So i downloaded the little Caesars app because I don’t drive I started ordering delivery fairly regularly never complained about my orders (though ive had orders to complain over) but for the most part things were fine until a few days ago when i went to place an order only to be told nowhere is close enough to deliver to me. Huh well that’s funny because I’ve been placing orders no problem? Come to find out even though orders are placed on the little Caesars app they deliver through door dash which ps (stops you from giving your driver a tip!) And the restaurant can change the delivery distance! Now I’m only about 5 to 6 miles away and the standard distance starts at 5 miles it wasn’t long after I had started ordering they changed the distance and I can’t think of any reason they’d do that other than not wanting to deliver to someone specific because anything less than 5 miles just seems silly id walk less than 5 miles for my food!

Extremely rude employees, the place is run by teenagers that barely know what their doing. You can see the kitchen when ur sitting at the drive thru window, watched an employee drop a scoop on the floor and continue using it to make pizza. If you value your health and money, don’t waste your time here

I tried the Batman calzony. I placed my order using the app. The app is easy to use. The app estimates when your order will be ready. Usually, it only takes 15-20 minutes. This time, it estimated about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, my order wasn’t ready until almost an hour after I placed it. The novelty of the Batsignal shape was only part of what enticed me. I wanted the calzony again! It was almost as good as I remembered it! I took one star off for the longer than reported wait and the Batman special having only having two sections of calzony.
