This place barely gets two stars because the onion rings are pretty good. The chicken is AWFUL. Years ago Nashbird actually served “Nashville” Style hot chicken and it was excellent. Now they serve cheap garbage quality nuggets and tenders. The frozen stuff at the grocery store is way, way better. The meat is dry and thin, the breading is thick, gross, and undercooked. Listen, KFC is way better chicken. If you can’t even beat KFC what’s the point? Also the whole place was greasy. Very gross.

Driven by this place several times and finally stopped in to check it out based on how it looked from the outside and the google reviews. As I approached I smelled fried chicken and could the hear the music from inside! Pretty clean place with a tasty menu. The pickle ranch was a nice twist! Chicken and seasoned frys were really good. My daughters like the Mac and cheese and nuggets!

Just tried NashBird again for the first time in a year because last time the food was undercooked and the service was very poor. This time the service wasn’t bad but I got home with my food and took a huge bite into a completely raw piece of chicken. C’mon man, I want this place to be good but you’re serving food that isn’t even cooked!!!

Nice experience here today, the lady that took my order was super helpful and extremely nice, Brenda was her name. I had the nugget lunch with fries and she recommended a level two spice which was just about right. The nuggets were seasoned and cooked well and the ranch dipping sauce was good. The fries had pretty good taste, they could’ve been hotter and crispier. I’ll be back someday when I’m in the area.

Was excellent! Reading the hot chicken lead me to somewhat think it was buffalo sauce or something like it. Wasn’t which is great for me, I don’t like buffalo. It was just a really good seasoned piece of chicken. Delicious! Also the fried pickles were amazing. Not particularly fond of those but found them to be the best I’ve ever had! Usually it’s chips these were spears. Which made a difference on crispness I feel. Great experience!

(8/9/22) EDIT: Went a second time and was far less impressed with the customer service. The portions were much skimpier than last the last visit. The photo added is a $3 side of french fries (which they forgot and had to make halfway through our meal). The breading on the nuggets was standard with dry rub shaken on them instead of the spices fried into the batter like last time. Military discounts only apply on Mondays. Honestly, I can spend $40 for a meal for my family elsewhere and get higher quality and a better experience. The southern fried (unspiced) chicken gave my son quite a stomach ache as well. Likely won’t be back. Sorry guys.

Not impressed as it was referred as a good place to eat. On this day service was slow to take order. I eat out a lot because I travel for my job and I thought it was WAY over priced. The food was edible but nothing special for the price. It seemed like a popular place but not for me.

Nice little place, the chicken sandwich was really good. I thought it was hotter than it was, I ordered the ghost pepper one, The first time I went maybe it had more sauce on it. But delicious for a chicken sandwich. The Mac and cheese appetizer was my favorite thing we ate though. They were delicious!!

I’ve been here twice and both times have been an awesome experience. The place is very clean and the staff are so friendly. I love the girl that’s always there, that wears glasses. She was very informative on how hot each flavor is and just a really good vibe. Must try there frozen beverages that have alcohol. I like whiskey and coke or the strawberry margarita. The kickin has two XX of hotness and it’s enough for me the hot Dang has three XXX literally had some of my family choking.
