This establishment should be embarrassed. Excelsior KFC has been known to be a terrible place to get food for a long time and I knew this but I decided to give them a chance because it had been years since I’d been. To start, it took 10 minutes for one of the four employees behind the counter to finally come up and get my order. I had eight sauces I was supposed to get and didn’t receive a single one. My fries were cold and they just barely filled them halfway, and the chicken strips I got were cold. The only thing the place had going for them was that the original chicken sandwich was pretty good. But that wasn’t enough. Needless to say, I won’t be going again. I’ve always had negative experiences there and it doesn’t matter what side you order from whether it be kfc or taco bell the food is always shoddy. Hopefully the citizens of Excelsior will finally get tired of them and shut em down so we can get some actually decent fast food in its place.

the food is always cold/old they get my orders wrong often have you been inside the restaurant? It’s always gross I never see them washing their hands and sometimes I see them not wearing gloves while making peoples food. I used to like going there but now I don’t want to.

I have honestly never written a review but I had to hop on here. Excelsior for years has known the KFC/Taco bell to not have the best reputation. But I went today and had the best service ever. The woman that took our order was extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. The food was fresh and fast. I feel like the whole place had a makeover and I hope they keep it up. Very satisfied!

Food wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either. Store lobby and restrooms were filthy. 9 employees and friends standing around conversing while there was clearly a need for some cleaning. But it was expected as is the same scenario persists with each visit.
