If I could give one star I would. Always out or something isn’t working. I ordered 2 coffees, neither of them marked, not knowing which was which. Both coffees were barely warm. Staff was not in uniform with a I don’t care attitude. Definitely recommend wilder store for all your tim hortons needs.

Today I was told (when their wasnt another customer in sight) that she wasnt making a sandwich at 3 in the afternoon cuz they were busy baking something. When she spoke over the drive thru, it was in a “your interupting me, yeah what do you want’ kinda way. Last time there was an issue here, I was supposed to be contacted by a manager and never was, so, I shouldnt be surprised.

Don’t go to this coffee shop for coffee because all you end up with is brown water, day after day I think maybe it will taste like real coffee today, nope not the case yet again. I really feel like they’re told to purposely make it weak so they can cut cost by using less coffee to brew.

Being short staffed is not an excuse to lie to someone several times during an interaction 1st it was manger wasn’t there so they couldnt fill my order from the app. Than it was they are waiting on supplies to make the order without even looking to see what my order was. And than the mail lady shows up with an envelope and they open the store finally but refuse to make the order still because I got upset with being lied to by the manager about what was going on inside the store. LITERALLY all they had to say was they weren’t working until the mail came and would of been no big deal. But yet still don’t have my order or my money returned to me.
