Manager is always incredibly rude. Staff uniforms are dirty/stained. Tables are always filthy and sticky. Straws, napkins are never stocked. Can’t say enough about the milkshakes NEVER BEING AVAILABLE. Food is overpriced for what you get anymore. McDonald’s forgot their place. It’s not fine dining, it’s burgers and fries and shouldn’t cost $12 for the smallest burger meal option, and then have it be cold and bland. Wendy’s and BK aren’t much better. Y’all wanted $15 an hour, now earn your money and do your job.

I ordered our food from the kiosk. We sat down. Some people who ordered after we did got their food. Turns out our food was given to the wrong person. That person brought our food to us. I ordered our food for here but it was in a bag. Also we were missing an order of fries. I took the food to the counter and said it was given to the wrong person and it was missing food. The employee put an order of fries in the bag. I said I wanted it for here. She put it on a tray. Then I had to ask for our drinks since we didn’t get them either. By the time we ate our fries were cold. Definitely a mistake going to this McDonald’s. Doesn’t seem as though they can get anything right.
