Very disappointing… My job does catering from there and I decided to get a chicken salad sandwich without bread and asked to just have the chkn salad, lettuce, tomatoes and onions put in a bowl, they sell salads by the pound and a Cobb salad and she refused to saying it can’t be done and that she could wrap it in the paper the sandwich is wrapped in only… Seriously I’m to eat a salad on sandwich paper… So of course I left and went to Publix and had them put sandwich toppings in a container and I bought the container of Bores head chicken salad and I Will never go there again, since they are not able/willing to do something so simple.

Bad Holiday Customer Service!! We prepaid for the meal and when we went to pick up the line for people that had not prepaid moved faster and management did not care. They had 2 police officers that kept allowing other customers to go in and buy their holiday meals, meanwhile police officers kept the Prepaid people waiting 2 hours by Management request. System would not allow me to give them 0 stars!!

Worse place ever. Hope it close down for good. They made prepaid people wait for hours and walk ins just walk in easily. Both restrooms out of order with a line of people that wrapped around a shopping center. Half of my paid order cancelled because they were out of pies. My appointment was for yesterday. They were sending customers home, because they were out of propane.

I was concerned because I remember horror stories from this location.I couldn’t have been more wrong! The staff was friendly, I had no waiting in-line. I used to go to the Weston store but found out they can charge whatever they want. 55.00 for a turkey breast??? Pines was charging 36.00. I have a new store now! THANK YOU!!! OUR DINNER WAS EXCELLENT!!

Great selection for holiday and lunch needs. UPDATE: Not only did they discontinue the delicious Turkey salad but now soups are no longer available. I no longer have any reason to visit except once a year maybe for a honey baked ham or smoked Turkey. Very disappointing.

So overrated. Why do everyone give holiday gift cards to theses places where the cards are never enough unless you give over $100. The hams and sides although ok can be had cheaper at your grocery stores. The staff…. well let me not say much about them especially the individual on the online pick up station. Although it’s less time spent I could have had the same less expensive at a regular grocery store i.e. Publix, Walmart, Winn-Dixie……just saying.

I really liked my shopping experience here. The employees were nice, friendly, and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The young lady that helped me was so knowledgeable about all the foods and how they tasted, which is very important to me because let’s face it, this place is not cheap. So to have an employee share their expertise and not have me waste money is a god send. I was able to shop for the week for my family and had a wonderful time doing it. Thank you for the positive experience, I will surely see you again next week!

This is the worst establishment I have ever encountered. They never answer the phone. I placed an order November 14th cancelled it the next day it is over a month and I have not received a refund. This is ridiculous. I am not one to leave google reviews but I have no other choice. Nobody wants to help.
