Did not get anything I ordered. Got a whole bunch of different burritos. Didn’t want any of them. Got sour cream in a craving box. Which always happens. Requested not to have sour cream. Was billed $12 more than what was suppose to. Which I caught.

We just moved into this area. The last 3 times we have gone to this Taco Bell drive thru the order has been incorrect. The first two times they completely left out a taco we paid for. Today they left out a taco and gave us a wrong taco. When I went it to get it corrected there was no apology this time. After reading the other reviews now I see I’m not the only one. How hard is it to put the correct items ordered in bag?

Not good……. Not the best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to(the best, Main PX Food Court, Fort Irwin, CA). My first mistake was using the kiosk to order my food. I do that because that’s where the fast food establishments are going. While waiting for over 10 minutes for my order, I had a difficult time finding a clean table. Like I said, around the 8 or 9 minute mark, I notice the manager fishing my order out of a drive-through bag and putting it on a tray. When I finally got my beverage cup, the sugar-free Baja Blast was only dispensing carbonated water, as was the Diet Mountain Dew. The nachos and cheese…… the nachos was half crumbs, cheese was cold. The chalupa shell was way over cooked. To be fair, I also noticed there was only two people working there on a Sunday afternoon. But…….. there was only me and one other person in the restaurant.

Ordered delivery through the app, but the food never came. If you’re going to advertise delivery, have it on your website, and have it as an option on the Taco Bell app, then you should be able to deliver. I called them up to see where my food was but all they said was that delivery wasn’t an option and they couldn’t deliver it. When I tried to get a refund, they said they couldn’t do it and now I have to jump through a bunch of hoops in order to hopefully get my money back. What a scam.

Every time I go, they always forget at least one item. This time, they forgot the main part of the taco dippers box, the taco dipper. The chips were completely dumped out in the bottom of the bag, and no napkins. I severely dissatisfied every time I go to this location.

I honestly think the employees might be actively trying to make people just leave the drive thru…. I’ve now been in line for 16min, have only moved up two cars and still have two in front of me. I would leave but at this point I’m committed, just pray to his they don’t mess up my order. It can’t take that long to scoop something into a shell, genuinely amazed at how slow this place is. They also typically get your order wrong

30 min wait time management is non existent. The employee’s are walking around and could not care less about doing the job they are being paid for. The language was well if you were at a dive bar it would fit right in and there were little children around and manager did nothing.the best part after people waiting and listening to the mouths almost every order was wrong

Hands down the Downer Street B’Ville location is the BEST Taco Bell location around. The crew that works here is awesome. Always friendly and courteous. Fast and accurate, and the Tacos are made the way they should be. Never had a skimpy Taco here.

This is probably the last time I will go to this taco bell location. My order was completely wrong food wise. Everything was thrown into the bag. Chips were dumped. And on top of it I had to wait almost 10 minutes for them to answer the drive thru with ZERO cars in the drive thru. Tried to call and complain but they would not answer the phone. Over the last 4 months I have not had one correct order and I am done, no more.

My wife and I decided to stop by this Taco Bell, what a mistake!!! We ordered a couple Deluxe boxes and they never seem to have the nacho fries in stock ever. All I can say was the food was absolutely terrible. We pretty much threw everything away because the chicken tasted old that was in the chalupa. The beans and the burrito were cold and with a fishy smell. I’ve been to other Taco Bells in the Syracuse area and this one seems to be the one that never seems to get your order right or the food is just old and tasteless as if they’re trying to save money or something. I don’t blame the employees all of them there because it seems like they’re just not well trained. The food here is not fresh and I do not recommend this place at all unless you want to have an upset stomach or spend the night in the emergency room!!!
