Food is always as expected for a Culver’s. Staff are always nice and helpful. For carry out the order placed screen says to go to the marked carry out area, and there isn’t one which is confusing. In the drive-through, if I have my dog with me he gets a pup cup which is just whipped cream

We came at an extremely busy time and Sue took our order at the counter. She is the assistant manager and is amazing! Very energetic, and full of life. My friend ordered separately and got his order before me, however my order took a while longer, and I watched people behind me get their orders first. Sue noticed me waiting and made sure my order was not forgotten. She is a gem and my experience was great.

Very hectic dinner hour. Place was a mad house. Took us 40 mins to get takeout. Malted shake 2as not completely stirred and my burger was built incorrectly. Their food is good but need better managers. Also only 1 register out of 3 were open.

I usually love Culver’s, but after getting food for dinner today, I came home to eat, only to get violently sick a couple hours later. And it’s continued into the night. I haven’t ate anything else since breakfast besides a burger and cheese curds today. I’m not sure if it was something expired or if it’s actually food poisoning, but I feel like death and cannot stop getting sick. I don’t think I’ll be able to return to Culver’s after this, as it’s ruined it for me.

Food is great as always and location is very clean. They have a creepy mannequin in the entry way advertising they are hiring. The manager seemed to be running around to help new hires. Long line with one register open. Hope they continue to improve.
