I ordered a tea with cream and venti cup of ice but I got tea with NO cream and only a tall cup of ice. When I mentioned it to the heavy set lady who’s name I believe was Christy she said she couldn’t give me a Venti cup so I offered to pay her and thats when she began slamming things around and reluctantly gave me a Venti cup. I really hope she gets some help for her anger issues, I’ve never seen that type of explosive behavior over an empty cup lol

continually messes up my order. who doesn’t put whipped cream on a regular frappuccino? i actually have to ask? go to the one on e-470 instead. it’s worth the extra five minutes and it’ll save you the headache.
