Looked for pizza in the area and saw this place. Wood fired ‘zah, delicious wedge salad , scrumptious chocolate chip cheesecake and a growler of stout to go. It was fast! The crust on the pizza was nice and thin. The Miss Piggy is a meat lovers delight. Thx Union Pizza and Brewing! You made our night in Town memorable and filling =)

A new family favorite! We stopped in on our way to the lake and will definitely be back. Delicious beer and 1919 root beer along with some of the best wood fired pizza we’ve had. Our kids enjoyed the build your own and polished it all off while we had the Thai which was the perfect combination of toppings. To top it off, everyone working was friendly and Jenny made our experience so pleasant.

We stopped in for dinner on our way back to Fargo from Minneapolis and it was fantastic! They we’re absolutely slammed and our service never lacked with only one person in the kitchen and one on the floor. We had a gluten free pizza and it was delicious. They only had a couple of their own brews, as it’s a smaller brewery, but they were very tasty. I think this place is a diamond in the rough.

Great service, amazing food, fun atmosphere. The staff was awesome! Essentially letting me create my own margarita flavor not on the menu. The food was nothing short of next level. Won’t be my last time here that’s for sure!

I stopped in to sample their beer. I was a little disappointed they only had one of their beers on tap but it was a pretty solid traditional IPA. It was great to see they had beers from neighboring taprooms and other craft beers available. I was debating getting a pizza but they only offer 1 size, so I enjoyed my beer and grabbed a bite on my way out of town. I wish it was warmer and I could have checked out their back patio.

Our waitress, Sunny, was excellent!! Our portions were large and DELISH!! I had the Shrimp Scampi over angel hair pasta – 5 large, beautiful, shrimp done to perfection.

This was really good pizza. For some reason, I ordered the German Hawaiian pizza, with the usual ingredients plus spinach and sauerkraut but it was d e l i c i o u s with an impossibly-thin crust (see photo.) had a great flight of craft beers.

Quality beer and pizza at a fair price. Good selection of a local beers. The bartender knew what beer they had on hand for a guests’ taste buds. Some staff other than the bartender asked how everything was more than once.
