I hate to give any Five Guys less than five stars, but this one just wasn’t on their A game the day we ate there. The service was friendly, they got our order correct and our burgers tasted good. Both bathrooms were out of order (no way to wash hands before eating- I hope there was an alternate sink somewhere for employees to wash hands…), a lot of the tables were available but not clean, condiments (ketchup) were empty and needed replacing or refilling, and we watched as another customer brought her “unused” napkins back up and replaced them in the stack of new napkins! Instead of standing behind the counter socializing, the employees need to be keeping up on the cleanliness of the dining area.

That’s a tasty burger. I was happy with the food. It was freshly cooked and flavorful. The fries were good. The peanuts were an interesting distraction and meant that there was never a point at which I was just sitting there hungrily waiting for something to munch on. The place struck me as dirty, but maybe that was due to the small children that had made a mess of peanut shells and such. I would eat there again once my cholesterol levels recover.

I gotta give these guys some credit. When they first came in, the quality was exceptional. But then like so many places, it appeared like they were cutting costs, the quality went way down and we mostly gave up on them. But last week we returned and to our surprise, the quality has returned. The burger was exceptional, cooked perfectly with soft, fresh bread. One helluva good burger!

The food was delicious. I got a bacon cheeseburger with mustard, A-1 sauce, and tomatoes. Great taste. Service was ok, but a lot of the employees looked disengaged or sitting in the lobby on their phones. Not my favorite location.

I absolutely LOVE Five Guys but this location is horrible. I’ve been here twice in 4 years and each time it’s been nasty. I should not smell the bathroom in the dining room. The food was sloppy. It would be nice if ppl took pride in their work. I couldn’t finish my food after paying nearly $30. I’ll never go to this location again! Ewwww

I hate to do this. I rarely rate anything bad but this five guys has done me wrong 3 times of the 4 I have been here. They always mess up the simplest of things, today I ordered online just to be as clear as possible. I ordered a lettuce wrapped burger with bacon and ketchup. I received an unwrapped patty-less burger with no ketchup, I ended up just eating it with a fork and using my own ketchup, but the principle of it is wrong.
