The food was amazing and delicious. It is very good for Italian and not too high priced. I had a coupon for a buy 1 get 1 free pasta, and they both were good quality and delicious. The food all looked good and came out fast. The worker was nice and got us some more breadsticks(they are unlimited). Really good!

I haven’t dined in so I cannot speak about the atmosphere. As far as the food, it is good. The pasta dishes need more sauce, they are pretty dry for pasta dishes. I love the lasagna it’s my favorite.

Absolutely yes. I haven’t been inside a fazolis since high school (I’m 43) and it was exactly as I remember with the very CLEAR difference of these people here were SO freaking nice and friendly. I eat all over, from fast food to high end steak places and this was honestly the best service I’ve ever had at any restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The food was perfect, the breadsticks are still top freaking shelf perfect and the staff was so over the top amazing! If you’re hungry, this is your spot. Mike was the first person to greet me, and even though they were short staffed, he wasn’t short with the chit chat. You don’t get this kind of service anywhere else, better make your way here! Thank you all! And if there’s some upper management reading this, you really need to recognize this crew for the excellence they clearly bring to work every day

Just left here from dining in. I counted 12 tables needed cleaned. Plenty of staff to clean up working but not. Was served hard old pasta.

Always a great meal. Tiny bit greedy with the sauce my last time here. (Went through drive thru) there is a bulb in the lobby that is flickering. The employees are typically very kind. I know one person who forgets to smile at the drive thru and doesn’t really talk just says total and then disappears but other than those very minor things i will always come back.

We only have a few of these restaurants in Michigan but we try to stop here as we travel south. it is a great option from the normal fast food choices. dine in and bread sticks are included!
