Horrible! Delivery order and they completely bombed the order. Wasn’t even close. I call to get a refund or a replacement. They asked me to bring the pizza back to them first?!!! WTH?! Shame Jet’s. For as much as you charge and as much as we’ve ordered over the years?! Shameful.

I ordered a Large specialty pizza with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. When we checked the order once we got home it was a supreme pizza. I am personally allergic to mushrooms. We called and spoke to the woman manager on duty, she explained she was going to credit my number for 18.99. I had her reassure me it was taken care of and I could just call from my phone and they will put that credit towards another pizza! We’ll all of that was a complete lie! She chose to “void” our order vs leaving the credit. So now we are out of $35 and still have no pizza to show for it! I’ve worked in food my whole life and not one time have I ever argued with a guest and Blaintly told them they were lying even with receipt. ♀️

We’ve purchased their thick crust pizza and their traditional and the thick crust is by far our favorite! Very filling but it has great tasting sauce and the service both times was great! We just moved here and received a free Pizza coupon so that was an extra added bonus! Definitely a great way to establish a brand an hour home!

Ordered a Large & small pizzas and a jets bread. I have gotten better quality food from a gas station little caesars… I then make a formal complaint online in the last few days of August… here we are about half way through September and have heard NOTHING back from corporate or anyone regarding my order… terrible food service and customer service from the top of the company down anymore it seems… Really wish they still had the 2 private owned locations they were 1000x better quality….

The pizza tastes good, but they don’t put much cheese on there unless you order extra. Also, delivery takes at least 10 minutes longer than they tell you it will if you order from their site. It’s quicker through Doodash but you can’t customize half and half if you don’t order directly from their site.

Ordered a large deep dish pizza. Pizza had almost no sauce and very little cheese. Called store to request refund, store mgr would only offer a store credit. Called corporate office and got no help whatsoever. As a long time customer, I am sorry to say that Jets has declined to the point where frozen pizza is better. Do not order from Jets.

Pizza was really good. Some of the workers seemed professional and some were just walking around talking crazy and a couple were just sitting behind the counter like on the floor. Just seemed a little sloppy and lazy but the food. Awesome.
