Don’t waste your time or money at this location! The last two times we have visited the person at the drive up: First, didn’t let us finish ordering our food, wouldn’t even read back what we ordered, and ignored us after giving us a total. Second, when asked at the window to repeat the order the person had an attitude as if we were an inconvenience. Third, absolutely nothing we received was what or how we ordered! The managers are apparently oblivious and have no idea how to fix the issues!

I went there to order breakfast and I used the app to order ahead. They are supposed to open at 6am I got there at 615am and finally the cook came and brought me my order after sitting almost 45 minutes. I felt bad for her because she said it’s an everyday thing with the managers and everyone always being late!! I feel like corporate needs to come clean out their managers and hire some that will actually do their jobs!!

Average Sonic. Morning staff is awesome, very friendly and helpful. Happy hour and night staff suck. Always training during happy hour. Drive thru gets so slow when they are training new staff. New staff never speaks loud enough to be heard over speaker. always got to turn my truck off just to place an order. (Edit 1/6/23) Getting tired of a certain worker getting upset every time I come through the drive thru. Not going to mention her name but attitudes need to be checked. I don’t care how bad your life is, I dont know you nor done anything to you. My advice is smile it could be worse.

Sonic has so much more potential. They are consistent in rarely getting orders right. Even simple drink orders are constantly messed up. Calls to corporate and to managers are rarely willing to make anything g right when things get messed up. The customer is the one that has to foot the mistakes. The store owner needs to take more ownership in his franchise.

So I get to sonic this morning without my wallet, just my purse, I order a large coke, the sweet car hop brings it right out. I happened to have $1 on cashapp and change in my car. So I handed her the change and my card and told her I had forgot my wallet but I had enough with the change and then the rest on my cash app debit card. The manager made her come and take my drink, after I had already took a drink and said he/she would not allow 2 forms of payment. Didn’t offer any other solution, like let me go grab my wallet real fast, the car hop was just as confused as I was and apologized. Just curious why they wouldn’t take 2 forms of payment this morning when I have done this when using a gift card just the other day.
