Unbelievable! It amazes me how the customer service was beyond terrible today. I wish I could give 0 stars!! I am not the type to leave a review, regardless of how bad the service was, but this was beyond ridiculous. They had 5 customers waiting on the side just for them to complete our orders!! I come in wait in line placed my order and told give them 2 to 5 minutes for the oven chicken to be ready. OK cool, I see more customers enter the line. At which point the iron chicken comes out next thing I know seven customers have just been served. I was chicken completed orders and have left while the five of us are still standing around waiting. After the first customer approached the cashier and told her off that’s when she walked away, served the rest of the customers food and handed it to the customer. At that point, I walked up very nice, polite and calmly, and asked how much longer for my order. It’s been 26 minutes now. She said she’s serving it right now. I look over no she’s not. She’s busy assisting another customer I said OK I can wait a couple more minutes. I step to the side and proceed to wait. She serves 2 more customers, after that I made the staff aware if no one is handing me my order right now I want a refund. I am done waiting. This is ridiculous to have that many staff members standing around conversing with one another crazy line. This is one of my favorite go to spot and sad to say I don’t see myself coming back to be treated this way. Have no problem. Taking my money telling me to wait but don’t wanna give me what I paid for until you said everyone else and now I get scraps!

Much smaller portion at this location than I’ve ever had before. Usually the plate is overfilling this box.

Lunch breaks are short – and in todays time we are lucky to have online ordering – this process at Panda Express is far from organized. Typically a online order is placed so that the order is ready at the time you are ready to pickup or the time it is promised by the restaurant. For the 5th time I placed an order here it wasn’t not ready – but that is not the issue. The issue is that my online order was not taken precedence over the long line that was forming for lunch. (guest count of 6+) If I had time to wait in a line, I would. But I used the online ordering tool to make the most of my lunch break. What got me frustrated the most was that if I waited in the lunch line, I would of had my food made, bagged and paid for before my online order was even looked at. Panda, please take a look at your organization with online orders. Maybe extend the ready time by 10 minutes during lunch so staff members can accommodate all orders with a timely manner. Hope you find this comment constructive!

By far the best Chinese takeout around. The food is always fresh and you can even see all the fresh cut vegetables in the cooler. We shared a plate of orange chicken and fried rice which was more than enough for two people.

Do you like heavy metal… in your food? Found what looks like a mangled staple in my fried rice. As my fortune cookie says “You thrive by serving others” so the helpful message here is to use caution when eating here. Thankfully, I didn’t get this hidden in a fork full of food. The overworked person at the counter AND register was apologetic and said that they were told by someone in the back room to ask if I wanted a replacement. I thanked them, just kept the spring rolls and walked. I realize this can happen anywhere but I haven’t had it happen anywhere else before. Been eating at Panda Express for decades until now.

Food not bad but never open on time. Says 11am but they always say come back in 30mins. I bet if you change the open time to 11:30 they will say come back at 12 lol

They have changed the chow-main I think. It was a bit soggy/chewy. Everything else was great and they were super friendly.
