Inspired by the farms, vineyards and waters of the Pacific Northwest, we at Pastini are dedicated to serving up two of life’s greatest pleasures… pasta and wine. We love how a steaming bowl of pasta warms your hands as well as your spirits. We love the sound a cork makes when it nudges away from the bottle. Using responsibly sourced ingredients, we craft craveable dishes with a local sensibility that is true to our roots. Our thoughtfully curated wine list celebrates both stellar Northwest wineries, and small family-owned vineyards in Italy. With every meal, we aim to bring our guests together to share made-from-scratch meals that are seasoned with laughter and great wine.

It’s really good pasta and bread. Nice selection of wine. I rated service at a 3 because it was slow and disjointed. However they were busy, and the staff were very nice and when you could get their attention very outgoing and helpful. Perhaps that 3 for service is unfair given that, but thems the breaks.

Drove down to Corvallis for the day to see our daughter and decided to go out and grab a bite. I hadn’t been to pastini’s here in Corvallis before but it was nearby. Three of us got the $13 lunch special and it was quite good. The service was really nice and if you like good air conditioning, this place has it.

The cavatappi Primavera was awesome. Highly recommend with the cream sauce. Our waitress was extremely kind and timely. The strawberry lemonade was so refreshing. Highly recommend!

As a local Corvallis citizen. The pasta are blend and the plate have grisy finger print on it which I deem they have a serious hygiene problem. I vomited after eating that nasty spinach soup. It’s super nasty like dog’s puke and I it cost me 7 dollars. What a scam!!!! Most nasty pasta I have ever ate I’m my life. NASTYYYYY!!!!!

I loved Pastinis but was disappointed in my experience tonight. After waiting about 15 mins for bread, I finally asked about it and apparently they stopped doing free bread as an appetizer and charge $2.75 for it to be brought out before your meal. The price of my entree already went up $2 or $3, and we just sat their bored waiting for food which made the service feel slow as heck. They did bring my food out with two pieces of bread (which was about evquivelant to what we would have gotten as the app before) and came back like five mins later and said, “Oh- I forgot- you get one piece of bread with your salad.” And left a sad piece of break on a plate. I had to ask for the oil and vinegar, too. Super weird. The girls was nice enough but service was slow and It feels like they are nickel and diming people. Bummer!

This place was awesome. The service was super fast, super friendly, a warm cozy place for my wife and I date night. The meatballs were the absolute best. They literally fall apart in your mouth and taste like magic. I had the lasagna and that also was incredible. My strawberry lemonade was the best I’ve ever tasted. My wife had linguini pesto Pollo, and said it tasted fabulous, and had huge pieces of chicken. Definitely suggest you try here, you won’t be sorry.

Well I know it’s a franchise that’s why I didn’t want to make a review for it. And I finally decided come here and wanna at least make a comment about it and I’m ready to give 3 stars. But after I finished I wanna give it 4, because some pasta they are actually good, it’s nice to have something quick and tasty so yeah… It’s my bottom line of pasta. Anything worse than this will get a less 3 star.

I’ve been to the Oakway Center location and have now had the pleasure of eating at the Corvallis location. Both take the same amount of care and time into cooking and preparing food. All associates are welcoming and attentive. Sometimes with these franchises one or a couple seem to follow suit but others kind of do their own thing, which is fine, but with Pastini it seems they take pride in what they’ve created and they want their business to be consistent.
