5 different times drive here to order…closed grill down at 710pm or 730pm..not wanting to evensle cold subs..employee acted like hurry to get out by 8pm. Today called left msg as machine said..drive there at 620pm place is closed..Google listing says open til 8pm? Will not ever go there again.

Did pick order online. Ordered the veggie sub and received white bread with only cheese. That’s all. There were no toppings to pick from on the website. I assumed they would come with it. I called when i got home after i noticed the issue, and they said it was weird why we didn’t pick any veggies. So I would have thought they would have contacted me to make sure that’s was correct or at least confirmed that when we picked up. Yes, we live 20 minutes away, so returning wasn’t an option.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! This place is horrible and the owner is just as bad. They gave us good that wasn’t done the way we ordered it and we were treated like garbage and refused a refund. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever waste your money.

I ordered 2 subs from here tonight and can not express how much we enjoyed the subs. The half was enormous and had wonderful flavor. The staff was very kind and the restaurant was extremely clean! It’s hard to find a good sub shop and I’m so glad we have this one i will definitely be back!

I love the atmosphere and the owner here, but each time I go there, the food is just going downhill… The very first Ranchero sub I had there was absolutely amazing… However, since then the food has not been consistent and is different every time I get it… I always order the Ranchero, so I know it’s not consist… Tonight is the worst one I have had… I usually get it to go and disassembled so I can put it together at home and crisp up the bacon under the broiler… Tonight, the bacon was already cooked to a hard crisp and the chicken was really dry so I couldn’t put it under the broiler as I usually do… They also forgot to send the ranch dressing that normally goes on it

Update from original post- we decided to try again and this time they did have turkey available. The sub was very good and would recommend over the other local places in town. Make sure to double check your orders if you order online, we were missing a sub but when my husband caught it and told them they immediately fixed it.

I really hate to give ratings like this. But to wait an hour and a half for two subs and a cup of potatoe salad. Three employees working and apparently none of them know what they are doing. Because after waiting an hour and a half the subs were sub par. Not what you expect for the price. Because they are much more expensive than any other sub shop in the area.
