Placed delivery order and had to deal with super unpleasant girl answering the phone. My order showed up missing a pizza and the driver said he would be right back. Had to call 30 minutes later to see what was going on and the same rude employee answered the phone and let me know it would be out with the next round of deliveries…. Without even an apology or acknowledging they did anything wrong. I waited 2 hours for this small cheese pizza and I live 3 minutes away from the business. Most of the food was decent but the small cheese was undercooked and greasy, even after all that waiting.

The food was delivered sooner than expected. The delivery guy was really nice. The food was spectacular! We were blown away by how awesome it was. I really can’t believe it. I am never going to any other place than this. Oh my goodness. Just moved back to plymouth from campton (where it is overpriced and not that great). Thank you for making great food!! We love it!

This is the third time I have called there get a rude female who lays the phone down and never comes back. And the last time I was successful in ordering I got a message sorry they missed try order but they were now closed and would return my money promptly. I got a refund 3 days later.

Common curiosity and hospitality is dead at Downtown Pizza. On Saturday 2/4 around 3pm (if management or ownership wants to figure out who this individual is), I called to preorder 15 pizzas for a 6pm pick up (kids party). I also called the day before to ask if they could accommodate and was told yes.

I love their pizza! However, I wish they would put pineapple on their online order form. Makes it impossible to order online ahead of time. I did try to do a 2 topping order and just type in pineapple but it won’t let me do that ether.

Awesome lunch! Woman working behind the counter was super friendly and accommodating. She Made sure tables were clean before we sat down. Food was delicious and fresh! Chicken finger plate and steak sub were huge portions that we took the rest for leftovers. Best chicken in YEARS
